(6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). \- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony. \- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine). The host was very helpful. Two of the bedrooms on the street are very noisy at night. Our family of six was mugged! about three blocks from the apartment while walking to the theater.
