"Passengers confirmed that the service was not great and the owner was not professional. When the guys got to the hotel, it was clear that it hasn’t functioned as one in a while. The owner of the ‘hotel’ even wanted to charge the guys R4k for a room with a double bed and a sleeper couch as, according to him, there were only 2 rooms available. "

Unfortunately I had to ask the people in room next to me to close their door, as they made a considerable noise. (The doors faced each other.) "Robbed while sleeping. Luckily not attacked or hurt. During a business trip in January 2026, I was robbed while asleep of phones, laptop, ID, wallet, drivers license. Everything. Forced access through the sliding door. No CCTV cameras, no monitoring. Think twice if you're planning a trip (business or pleasure) or you're bring international guests. No compensation from this 5 star rated hotel."
