"The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "

"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"Alen at Villa Kanco was friendly and easy to work with. His property was beautiful and perfect for what we looked for. The rooms and home were clean ad the set up was excellent for our 8 guests. It was situated in a lovely part of Istria, Croatia which was convenient to the several places we visited. The amenities; hot tub, sauna, pool, pool table, table tennis and fuss ball equipment were in good condition and we spent many hours of our free time in friendly competition. For us, Villa Kanco was a hidden jewel for our family and many thought it would be hard to top in the future. We would gladly return. "
