Nichée dans un environnement paisible, à seulement quelques pas du port et du centre-ville, la Résidence Les Hauts du Fontaulé vous propose des appartements confortables avec terrasse et vue mer. Ce bel appartement en duplex, entièrement rénové en 2025, vous accueille dans un cadre moderne et lumineux. Au premier niveau, vous trouverez un séjour avec coin cuisine tout équipé, ouvert sur une agréable terrasse avec vue mer, une chambre avec deux lits simples (90x200 cm, modulables en lit king size), ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC. À l’étage, l’espace nuit se poursuit avec une chambre pour enfants équipée de lits superposés donnant accès à une seconde terrasse, et une autre chambre avec deux lits simples (également réunissables en lit king size). Un emplacement de stationnement privé est à votre disposition pour plus de confort. Logement classé meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles.  
Les plus de cette location à la mer : Trois terrasses avec salon de jardin et vue mer, parking réservé, proximité immédiate du port et des commerces de Banyuls, ménage de fin de séjour inclus.
