The apartment suite was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic necessities needed for a pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free, making the stay even more convenient. There were plenty of food options available right beside the apartment, which was very useful. The location was excellent, being near KLCC and within walking distance to the public train station, making it easy to explore the city. I booked this stay for my family. Once they came in to check in late night. We were told that the stay is overbooked by someone else and my family along with kids were outside for hours untill we booked another hotel. They tried to refund us partial amount from the booking even if they messed up. Super unprofessional service
