"Great space for 2 families to stay. Lots of great seating and enough room at both tables, good kitchen.Place could use some TLC and updating, but the beds/beding were clean and comfortable. More than enough towels and use of washer and dryer.Response from the host was immediate and very pleasant.Location was a little strange but close to everything we needed."

"Outside needs a little work if you have small dogs; a few places with holes. Very comfortable bedding, great kitchen. I didn’t read that it is a duplex; the brita filtered water in the fridge is nice but the i washed out the water pitcher because there was some mold in it. Wonderful park close by to walk."

"It was a nice clean room, though without carpet. The bed was comfortable, and the fridge and microwave worked just fine. There is no pool, or much in the way of other amenities, and access to/from the hotel is restricted by being on a frontage road. Overall, it looks a bit rundown, but the room was pleasant and comfortable. Check in was easy, and the staff at the time friendly. The only real downside was the refrigerator was really loud when it turned on to cool. It made a loud pop, and then came on for several minutes increasing in volume as it went. But, this was made better by turning the A/C fan on full time. Overall, I'm not sure I'd recommend this place as it doesn't have a very "I'm really safe here" vibe, being in a not great part of Austin. However, if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this isn't that bad a choice."

Gorgeous backyard, lovely plants , yard, comfortable seating.8.slept well , beds are somewhat soft but comfortable. Nice pillows big plus.Highly recommended Great price, special And luckily there was an extra day to stay longer in which I’m forever thankful."
