"An unpleasant experience. A staff that sees you as a dollar sign and nothing else. Credit cards machines that don't work and if they do, you have to pay a 3.5% fee. Rooms that are rundown. Towels handed out very strictly - one only per day. You pay on the high end but get treated on the low end. ..."
