The property manager Amanda tried accusing us of burning a hole in the blanket when we don't smoke an made us leave after we already paid an would not give a refund wii have a broken foot she is the devil don't rent there

The fan was very noisy. Sound paases between rooms easily. You don't feel you have much privacy when you can hear guests in the next room so clearly.

I was in town for work at a local job site. The quality Inn and suites was centrally Located to the job and local restaurants and the mall. The room was clean and comfortable. I had an associate call me for an issue and the night manager Shannon was very professional got me the message. Also, great breakfast buffet

Theres access to amenities such as fitness facilities, morning continental breakfast and or hot breakfast also have some fun playable machines such as claw machine,hunting game,as well as car racing and vending machines for food and drinks. The facilities are perfect for what we need or are doing also the staff is friendly and polite as well as the rooms halls and bathrooms laundry room is very clean so its a must stay for short vacationsor stay-cation for the whole family for business ther is an ironing-table in each room as well as plenty of space for meeting or hosting an demonstration.

This is a basic, no-frills inn so things like cleanliness and a decent breakfast count for a lot. This place checked both of those boxes and was less than $100 a night.

The Best of the Best!!
From the minute we walked in the Comfort Inn, we felt warm and welcomed. The evening counter staff was just amazing! Our room was spotless!The bathtub...Oh My Goodness! There was an installed non slip mat. What a wonderful surprise. Normally, a hotel has a very slippery, and dangerous bathtub. The Comfort Inn thinks of all the safety precautions.Oh, and the beds! So comfortable, with sheets so soft and cozy. Amanda, the General Manager, is absolutely the Best! Pleasant, Professional, and made us feel at home. I came for breast surgery. A very scary time. Amanda took time to listen to me, and make me feel more at ease.We live in Calais, Maine. And, if ever I have to travel to Bangor for an overnight stay...you Bet, it will be the Quality Inn, with Amanda!

Check in was super easy! Staff is welcoming and friendly. New employee was training and they acknowledged me and let me know it would be a short wait for check in. I appreciate at least being acknowledged. It’s the difference between great customer service and good customer service. Room was clean and tidy! One of the best in Bangor at a reasonable rate.

This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside, things are clean and organized. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The included breakfast was perfect for what we wanted/needed. Overall, this hotel was perfect for our needs, and I enjoyed my one-night stay. I will be returning to Bangor from time to time, so I will definitely stay here again!

I arrived after midnight, and had specifically booked here because i had a cat with me and it said they were pet friendly. I was turned away saying they were a "dog only" pet friendly hotel. Nowhere does it specify the distinction between the pets. Had to go find a different hotel
