The property and service is AHHHMAZING! We were in a 2 bedroom suite on 57 floor for 3 nights. What a view -- wow! Some feedback: for the first 24 hours, our WiFi internet, travel guide, and TV weren't working. I called 2-3 times, however nothing had changed or was working. On the 2nd day, finally ...
I likes the boat transport provided by the hotel and staff are very friendly.
The staff mainly are nice and helpful. They have a kitchen in our room with dining area but don't have utensils and dishes provided. The surrounding area is very old and is next to the hospital. If you don't mind, you may consider this hotel in Bangkok.

Our room had a big bathroom with a great shower. I liked that the room had a washer/dryer and a fridge.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location.
This hotel is very nice, well located, staff is frien
The staff very friendly and supportive, specially David. There are some items that can be improved like the english of some members of the staff and the price of the food. In Bangkok you can find great food very easy much cheaper than in the hotel. Recommended.
Overall ambience was good. We liked cleanliness and worthy price.
