Overall - We had a good experience with this hotel and I would recommend for a stay in Bangkok. We had a slight issue on the first evening with the air conditioning but the staff were very helpful when reviewing the issue and providing us a new upgraded room not long after. The hotel itself is nice, with a good outside area and pool, nice restaurant for Breakfast and in a decent location for food, shopping and transport options. I feel satisfied with the stay for the price we paid and thank the lovely staff at Aspira.

Over the years I stayed many times at the Aspira , even when it had a different name. While the staff do their best, the property itself start to show it's age. The carpet getting dirty, swimming pool not usable due to maintenance.

This place was perfect for my short stay. The hotel room was very clean, ac worked great and they provided clean sheets and cleaning of the room every single day, along with restocking more water bottles for you. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody staying in this area. You are in walking distance to pretty much everything you can image from the mall to shops and food.

The staff were excellent, rooms were clean and spacious, the surrounding area was peaceful and very close to the BTS, Terminal 21, Benjakitti Park and other attractions. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Peaceful location away from the main road, but also not too far a walk. Tuk-tuk transport provided by hotel negates this issue anyway. Staff were great. Always helpful and attentive. Convenient location, will stay again
