The staff is amazing and I would gladly hire them to work from my hotel any day. The location is perfect if you want to explore Chinatown on foot there are s couple of great little street food stands right outside the hotel which cheap and excellent food. Ironically, we were put into the same room we stayed in the previous year. I can tell you that we will NOT be back. When we arrived,even though the hotel was not full they made us wait until 3 to check in. Then when we’re finally allowed to check in we found that the so we had to carry 2 heavy suitcases and 2 backpacks up four flights of stairs. Then when we entered the room, we found that the tv was not working. The tv was not a big issue but still an inconvenience. I would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone for a lot of reasons base on my stay. 1\. When we check in the front desk lady told me that I just booked a regular room that is no window and ask me if I want to upgrade to the room with windows for 450 baht . So I did. And that was the first and last time i saw that frontdesk girl. 2\. When we got to the room the toilet seat was broken. The back of the TV remote cover was missing. NO. WATER I COULDN'T CALL ANYONE BECAUSE THERE'S NO PHONE IN THE ROOM 3\. Everyday I requested the room cleaning but no one came. My room never get cleaned for the 3 days that i stayed.
