Two bedroom family suit is amazing, has a washing machine. Though it had an error when it came to tumble drying, we just hung it up in our room and it dries very quick without any smells because the air con is also very strong. Kitchen has many utensils to cook, even a steamer for my take away salted egg yolk lava bun :). Pool and gym is great as you have access to Anantara's facilities.

You can’t get better than this!
Best hotel I’ve ever been to in my whole entire life, for the price it was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was staying at a celebrity hotel. The view for the balcony is absolutely magnificent also! Staff are so friendly and welcoming too .... over all had an amazing stay and miss it!

Nice apartments. They shared the services and facilities with Anantara hotel. My comment is they don't clean the room, only take the garbage. As a apart-hotel they should do the cleaning. Otherwise, they are perfect

Great restful stay
This is a nice place to stay with a kitchen, balcony and living room. Couch is comfortable as is the bed. I can see myself staying there if I ever need to go to Bangkok for longer periods of time

Hotel... what was the name of it again?
No one will know what Hotel this is, it will only be known by the hotel it’s next too (Anatara) and you will find the directions to the hotel incorrect as there’s been constructed walls that used to have a path so many taxis will not know how to get there. Also, the top 2 floors are rubble and still being constructed. Front desk is normally empty and has poor services. Only positive is that it was clean and the Anatara Bell crew were helpful. Definitely not a 3.5 or 4 star hotel.

The hotel was super nice as well as the staff all around the hotel. We also visited the zoom sky bar which has an amazing view, but I believe we might have gotten food poisoning from eating here. so be careful with what you order.

A very comfortable stay with excellent customer service. BRT at hotel doorstep / one stop or 2 mins ride to Chong Nonsi BTS. Alternatively hotel concierge will summon taxi for you.

First time in Bangkok!
The staff service was exceptional! The rooms were large and clean (may be ready for a small renovation in the near future). Location was awesome, easy walk to the sky train. Overall, very satisfied!

Spacious, comfortable stay
LOTS of room in 2-bedroom suite. All amenities provided (cookware, washer/dryer combo). Very comfortable accommodations. Internet was useless. On lower floors (M, G, Room 527) was excellent but higher (Room 1628) either could not connect or was extremely slow. Breakfast too expensive if not included.

Spacious accommodation for a family of four
Two-bedroom suite is very spacious and quite accommodating for a family of four. Very clean and includes all amenities you need (including washer/dryer combo). Definitely recommend!

Not quite what it seems in the pictures
Nice size rooms, reception were efficient, bed was comfortable. Rooms were not very clean, some taps did not work and the hot water was smouldering hot, wifi was not very good. The hotels facilities were average, food at the hotel was not very good except room service food was okay. The pool was the biggest disappointment during our stay. It was absolutely awful. So dirty and unkept. The water was slime green and so murky you could not see anything but slime green. We were so disappointed with the pool as it was 32 degrees our entire stay and we could not swim in the pool for fear of getting ill. We ended up booking another hotel entirely (Amara, if you're looking for a beautiful and at the very least clean pool, this is your place) Don't get us wrong, we are not extremely fussy people, we just value a few key things when we are paying hotel guests - a clean room, pleaseant service and when it's 32 degrees out a clean pool (or at least one clean enough to soak out feet in) We hope this helps you with your hunt for the most suitable hotel! Home feeling serviced apartment off Sathorn
Been stayed 4 times within 10 days, reasons are: cozy place, worth to recall, always high occupancy, close to CBD. Just several minus points are: highest level floor is 16th above it name Heritage condo not Oaks, don't expect a birdview to the city of Angel, ok. Too many Chinese tourists in the pool area as which must share to use with Anantara hotel. TV channels are limited. Parking lot on the next building. I always have a happy stay in Oaks, special thanks to Khun Ann the front desk officer as she provided the best assistance among all.

An apartment that suit of long stay
My 2nd stay in the 2 bedrooms suite within a week but which was not great as before, bcos we found the room condition was not as good as the last ones, TVs & room size were smaller, washing machine, electricty appliances and.furnitures were older, too. generally, it is still worth to stay but due to high occupancy rate, isnt easy to book a room in many days. This time we couldn get a room at 1600 hrs, too. Suggest to stay for long term contract as it is close to sathorn CBD. Sometimes the pool and public areas are filled of Chinese tourists, besides of the noise makers, stay inside your room is always comfort and quiet. just one minor point is the bell services seem just care of the Westerners, be frank they dont keep an eye to Asian.

5 star accommodations at budget prices
Was given a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom. Check in was easy. Room was big enough for 3 adults maybe even 4. Bathroom was huge. Room was clean and modern. Location wasn't that great but already knew beforehand.

Nice hotel spacious hotel.
Daily breakfast serve was great. Other then if you are a shopper this location might not be ideal as is not surround with malls. If for rest n relax this will be a good choice with the facilities in hotel.

My first room had plugged up drains in bathroom & shower head was broken. The tv had no instructions and no subtitles in English and the WiFi was limited unless you pay. However the staff was quite accommodating in moving me to another room, end of story.

We stayed in both the 2 bedroom suite (3 persons) and the 1 bedroom suite(2 persons) and both were very specious and well equipped. Loved having a washer/dryer. Gym was great and never crowded. Easy access to the BTS.

A wonderful hotel
Very nice hotel, and friendly staff. Cleanliness of the room very good. The wifi in my room was weak, and need to put mirror in the room only one in the bathroom not enough, and need to put chairs and table in the balcony. In general it was a high class hotel and it was a wonderful staying.

Great value hotel
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Oaks. Good rooms at good prices. The facilities / pool, sauna, gym etc are wonderful and the breakfast is great. Only slight downside is it's a bit of a walk to BTS or Silom but very fast on motto taxi or tuk tuk.

Staff was great and lovely apartment
The room was clean love the housekeeping everyday. It was lovely touch when they put a petals around the bed and shape like a heart they also send us a cake in the room for our anniverssary. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will deffinitely reccomend this hotel.

Exceptionally spacious, 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a great view from the balcony. Well equipped gym open 24/7. Washing machine was good quality and very nice to have (also included a dryer function which we didn't use). Full fridge, microwave. Bedding was lovely. Easy walk to Chong Nonsi BTS. Good food options nearby. Excellent value.
