This time, however, I had a different experience. The policy on holding deposit on a key card was unclear. The service was slow both for checking in and checking out. The place is really clean. The staff and lady boss are very very helpful and friendly. they provide homecooked breakfast and the security is tight. Only guests are able to enter the place with the room access card. There is even a really nice cosy room available for guests to relax.
