Good for overnight.
Staffs are polite and helpful. Location is superb with lots if massage nearby. However pretty roudy area with bars at ground level. Room is spacious but the condition is a bit run down. Not enough of hanger for 2 people, no proper place to put some stuff. Bathroom do not have any hook for garment. The bedsheet had holes and stain marks. I stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping twice they did not change the bedsheet. Soundproof is bad as you can hear your neighbors unit if they talk a bit louder. Overall for the price you pay don't expect much. I give max 3/5.

Quite accessible. 7-11/massage services/shopping/other amenities are available within 10 minutes walk. Shower pressure was unstable but overall it was okay! Rooms are minimalistic, shower gel & shampoo provided, and they're decent!

If you turn the lights off the a/c goes off , staff is nice , very loud, but in a great area lots of stuff to do , place is clean , there is no breakfast, no food at the restaurant!

Hotel is in a quiet soi despite less than 10min walk is the crush of outdoor pratanm market. No amenities type hotel am was aware of this on the booking. Yes would rebook this hotel.

The property was nice and slean with a neutral decor. Good value for money for being in a big city. The inconvenient part refers to cars and motorcycles encroaching on pedestrian space.

The venue of the hotel was very centralized and near popular malls. No lack of shops to choose for Thai massages and the area around the hotel was buzzing with great food stalls.

My whole family love the pillows! Its one of the best pillows we ever slept. Good locations, many shopping area and lots of massage to choose. Will stay again if i ever go bangkok again. I hope hotel can tell me what brand the pillow is.

The room was spacious and clean, and I chose the accommodation as it was near the shopping district where you can easily get to the malls and eat from the street stalls. The alley that you had to walk through to get to the property is relatively safe as well, as there are massage salons, other hotels, and also restaurants - so there're people around if you encounter any issues. The property seemed to be undergoing some renovations/maintenance on the roof, which could explain a sewage smell from time to time when I stayed there. Walls are not as thick as well, so you could hear doors opening and closing, luggage being dragged outside etc when you are in the room. That being said, it was in a good location and the room was clean, so I was satisfied with the stay.

This place was really great since we really wanted to hit up Pratunam Market & Platinum Mall on a daily basis, massage / salon / essentials stores like 7-eleven, cute coffee shops, and is relatively close to malls like Siam Paragon and Central World. Once you get out of the hotel, it is very accessible by tuk-tuks either hanging around or taxis as well, but sometimes I opted for Grab cause it was cheaper, but takes a little bit longer to get there FYI. The staff was very accommodating when I didn’t have Baht yet and needed to put down a deposit, so they let me use my currency as long as it covered the deposit and I also needed to extend our check-out time for a few hours, and it was relatively easy and make it really convenient for us. Other pros is you get free drinking water everyday except on your check-out day, wi-fi, and house-keeping on a daily basis if you wanted. Only caveat is the walls can be thin, so you can hear surrounding rooms, but based on my experience, noise wasn’t that big of a deal and people were considerate. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great clean hotel in good location
Overall good stay at Marwin Villa, excellent budget friendly hotel in a good location, clean and friendly. Only downside was the shower needed replacing, you couldn’t adjust it because it was broken and very weak power, other than that facilities were good and staff were great. We got locked out of our safe during our stay and it was sorted immediately. Thank you Marwin Villa for a great stay!

I am giving this hotel a poor rating because they advertised falsely that they have a restaurant and they offer breakfast. Apparently, they used to until Covid struck. They should have clarified this on their web. Orbitz is also responsible in making sure that hotels amenities are up to date and accurate. Their wifi was very iffy. It was extremely difficult to connect and I had to go through the same difficulty each time I signed in. The hotel was close to big business establishments but short on decent restaurants. True, there is a food court at a close by mall and street food vendors. Staff was very helpful like the time I requested a map of the city. The hotel did not have one but they were able to print out something of a make shift map. The room was quite large, and had a firm bed. I requested a blanket and they did not have one. It has a chair and a small a narrow table enough to do computer stuff. However it was not a chair where you can relax because it has no back rest. Next to the hotel is a bar where I heard loud music and singing that went on very late at night on Friday and Saturday. I was happy to be out of there.

Loved how clean sheets were, comfortable bed etc. Shower facilities were reliable. Hotel location was a good walk to Siam and CentralWorld and other stations. Notably if you are sensitive to noise, note that the walls are thin: sounds or noise from rooms next door can be audibly heard. This ranges from phone notifications to luggage cases banging against the walls, or doors slamming. AC also makes a regular droning noise (tho not as loud) while operating.

stuff insist on cash deposit we book 2 rooms chk in at 8 pm, we leaving early at 7am, we have only 1000 bht left keeping asking for 2000 deposit but it the last night we run out of Bht insist for cask Thai bhht else keep passport so not safe and finally ok. but next day keep us waiting in lobby while they went up to each room to checking wasting our time while we rushing to airport. in the first place they could have send one person sooner rather then playing with his handphone till the lady ask for his help wasted 5/7 mins crazy slow system if not would have been greast as the room and location is great and good
