Staff are attentive and helpful.. especially like their bus reception stand at the airport when we arrived. Very helpful and arrange us to get on their bus to hotel near by. The breakfast is wonderful. Room is clean and quiet

I like that you clan leave your ludgage there. The breakfast is awsome. The lights and AC are controled from the nightstand.

Once you know the property.you avoid it. Filthy room. Toiket was broken. And the wifindid not work. And the manager could not care less

Very convenient. You can find the counter in BKK airport arrival hall exit 4 and there is shuttle service. If you like you can walk to the airport in 5 mins. Staffs provided an excellent service with a great attitude. Room also comfortable and the noise prevention is great.

Excellent airport location. Easy to get to: clear through immigration and exit the terminal using Exit Door/Gate 4. A Novotel shuttle bus is parked at the curb to take you to the hotel. Staff are friendly, the place is clean and the restaurant food is good. Beds are comfortable. The free shuttle bus returns you to the airport when you are ready to go.
