The entire property is beautiful! The spa is of course incredible, and the staff is super nice. The food was delicious - our only complaint is that adults could not order off the kids menu in the lounge.. adults love chicken fingers too..

Myself, my husband and my two boys stayed two nights here and it was a fabulous time. We opted for the loft room and it was perfect, loved having the extra space. Having two bathrooms was a plus too. We all enjoyed the hot tub and water slides. Kids never wanted to leave the pool area. Kids also enjoyed playing ping pong in the games room. We ate at Forte for lunch and dinner, food was good, as was the service. Breakfast at The Market was also good, enjoyed that you could get free coffee refills from the self serve station throughout the day. Nightly s’mores and Trivia were also a hit for us. We enjoyed the closeness to different walks and hikes. We did the walk about the property to the different view points, as well as the Troll Falls hike. Both were very family friendly. Kids were very sad to leave on checkout day so you know it was a good experience. Would definitely come back again!

The Nordic Spa was invigorating and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were a few of the facilities under repair so unable to enjoy the full experience. A discount was provided. Pet friendly so nice to see the dogs around the property. Limited shopping opportunities but the dining choices were good. Unless you enjoy winter sports there is limited activities in the winter.

My husband and I booked a one night stay, utilizing the outdoor hydrotherapy facility, with a spa massage and having dinner at Forte’s restaurant, it was truly a relaxing stay. We will be back again in April!

The rooms are nice and the food was great at the restaurant. Unfortunately the power went out from 8:30 - 10:30 pm which meant our birthday celebration was not what we had hopped. The hotel made no compensation. Would have been nice if they had offered even free coffee/ muffin in the morning or a discount.

We enjoyed the nordic spa twilight hydrotherapy. What we did not enjoy was that the power went out and nobody was able to provide us service to Order food when the power returned even though it was well before the dining service had even closes for the night. I was texting a girl named Ana from my phone when the power went out and nothing was offered to us as an alternative for sourcing food options and when the power did return and I asked her about ordering food she completely ignored my message and stopped responding. I do not expect this type of service from any hotel I am staying at when I am already over paying for a hotel room. I had this trip planned for my husbands birthday and our anniversary and can say we would not recommend this place to any of our friends due to the fact that nobody was able to provide us service within working hours for food. We went to bed hungry and upset. We had thought maybe at check out the guest services lady would have appologized for any inconvenience but yet nothing was said and it seemed to have been avoided.

Beautiful spot in the mountains. The room was ok for the price, but nothing special. Could not get into the restaurant for dinner so had to bring food from home. We were able to have two cocktails at the bar and they were very overpriced for the quality.

We have stayed at the Pomeroy 4 times and love it everytime we go. The kids love the pool and we always do an adult morning at the Nordic Spa. Woody's Pub is a great place to dine with a family.
