Staff were so friendly and helpful upon check in and check out. I felt very welcomed! A bit of an older property but still a nice hotel! I found the bathroom wasn’t cleaned the best; some hair on the shower floor and on the door as well. In the main room there was a red stain on the floor near one of the beds (which was there upon arrival) that was a bit off-putting. Overall, a good stay! The walkability of Main Street was amazing and it was so easy to just get out and go do things straight from the hotel.

It was a good place to spend a few days around Banff. The only negative was the price. Definitely not enough value for price paid. However, I believe this is just a Banff issue in general. I would recommend staying here to those looking for a place in Banff where they can walk to shops/restaurants/etc. One issue is parking. We had a large SUV that would not fit in underground parking garage. You had to park a block or so away.
