The hotel was pretty noisy compared with others - could hear people in the hallway like they were right in our room and some noisy guests in other rooms woke me up a few times. The room was fine, nothing special but did the trick for a place to sleep and wash up. The price was fair for the room and parking was included, which I appreciate as I’ve paid $30 to park in bigger cities.Easy walk to shops and restaurants was great for our purposes.

We stayed 2 days here it was nice was a little dirty and dusty the door handle was falling off we did mention it and the give us a discount and apologized for it

This property while a good value price is tired and unkept. Rust stains, chipped paint etc. Has not been attended too over the years. It makes you think what else is being ignored. The cleaning staff are inconsiderate of guests both in how they move about and the bolume they are communicating at to the point where i had to ask them to lower the volume and lodged a complaint at the front desk. Stay was adequate at best.

Loved our stay here. Checkin / out is next door at Irwin's, great experience, quick - friendly and professional. Rooms are refurbished. Our chest of drawers must have been on an angle as the drawers would not stay closed but we put the portable ironing board against it and solved that ! Rocky Mountain Soap company products are a bonus! Nice coffee station. Bathroom clean and well stocked with towels. Lovely relaxing chair in the window and small balcony. The only challenge with the room is that there is little hanging space if you have shorts/blouses you would normally hang in a closet. There is a coat rack with two plastic coat hangers. Not sure if this is for all rooms but if it's important maybe check (we managed okay)!! Hot tub has lovely views and the jets are lovely and powerful, really helped with my sore hip! I'm injured currently but managed the short walk to town. Close to bus stops too. We've stayed here before with our daughter in the larger room and have always enjoyed it. Every single member of the team were friendly and helpful.

Red Carpet Inn is in a good situation within walking distance of the town and amenities. It had good size rooms but no storage space. The advertised spa was disgusting as it was not cleaned regularly enough and the chlorine levels were so high your eyes stung. In general the Inn was clean but basic. It could do with having a bar facility. It was fairly well priced.

I am not sure why the reviews on this hotel are so positive. The rooms do not look like they do in the picture and the rest of the hotel is extremely outdated, smelling of cigarettes. We didn’t get much sleep as the doors have a 1” gap that lets in the sound of all the partiers and barking dogs. Following a call to the front desk, nobody ever came to stop the teenagers smoking marijuana in the hallway. It doesn’t help there is no front desk at this hotel, as it’s in the neighboring hotel. Would not recommend!

We stayed in the premium king room, there were some slight cleaning issues but it was addressed right away and we were given a credit for our first nights stay. Really enjoyed our room and it was only a 10 min walk from downtown. Biggest down fall was the train when it went through multiple times during the night blasting the horn.
