Not obvious there was a valet which on a one-way street was a pain going back and forth when we could access the parking. Our greeting was very cold. Given vouchers at reception for the spa despite it already being full, there was no advance warning we had to book the spa 2 weeks in advance. We were told Breakfast was 30€ and so didn’t take it only to find after our stay that it was already included (couldnt find this info on the hotels.com app while we were there). Staff were friendly but not forthcoming with information it took a lot of questions to get answers. Reception advised on check in they were booking a table for us at the restaurant but when we arrived no such booking had been made and we were advised they weren’t sure they could find us a table. Not the service and experience we were hoping for for our honeymoon and we will no doubt redo our honeymoon for this reason. Lovely hotel but when we presented our concerns to the staff we were only met with excuses and reasons why nothing was their fault. This could really be a fantastic place with the right training. Service and food in both restaurants was excellent however and the spa area is nice although it should have an age limit as we didnt enjoy the kids swimming over the top of us whilst trying to enjoy the hydrothérapies.
