You can park your vehicle in the secure private parking space. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room composed of the fully equipped open kitchen, giving access to the living room with a convertible sofa. For the night area, you have an air-conditioned bedroom with television, and a double bed of 160 \* 200\. For amenities, you have a bathroom and a separate toilet. Regarding the exterior, you will have access to the terrace / garden of 40m², equipped with a table, 6 chairs and two deckchairs, as well as a parasol allowing you to take your meals outside. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with wifi. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before moving in and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents. You can discover Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The estates of Bandol are mostly in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden.
