Just seconds to shops and a minute to the beach. Beautiful views of the beach. Apartment is well laid out and convenient. Cons: Parking is extremely tight in the underground parking lot. The whole apartment smelled a lot like cigarette. Had to take the sofa cover and pillows outside. The kitchen floor was sticky.
