Le logement est bien situé avec vue mer, la résidence est calme. Par contre, devoir déplacer le comptoir de la cuisine chaque soir et chaque matin pour pouvoir déplier le lit-armoire c'est usant. Une cuisine en angle aurait sans doute permis d'éviter cela. Les parois extérieures du réfrigérateur chauffent énormément et il peine à refroidir les aliments. La conso électrique doit en pâtir. Cependant, beaucoup de choses pratiques à savoir ne sont pas mentionnées. Effectivement, l'appartement ne dispose pas de draps, torchons, serviettes et tapis de bain (a louer auprès de l'agence) Le Wi-Fi est également en supplément. De plus les matelas ne sont pas très confortables. Les équipements sont de mauvaise qualité : couverts cassés, douche qui se bouche, aspirateur médiocre...
