Große schöne Wohnung mit super Ausstattung

Die Wohnung war ein Traum: wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Lediglich im Elternschlafzimmer ist der Durchgang vor dem Bett recht eng. Super viele Schränke, auch im Bad ein Untertischschrank mit 4 Schubladen. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großer Kombi Kühl- und Tiefkühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen. Man merkt, dass diese Wohnung Privatleuten gehört, die diese auch selbst nutzen: es ist einfach alles da :-). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zum Bäcker zu Fuß muss man entweder 15 Minuten gehen oder mit dem Auto fahren. In Bandol gibt es viele Strände. Der nächstgelegene ist über einen Weg in der Nähe in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Uns gefiel der Plage de Renecros am besten. Bis dahin sind es zu Fuß 25 Minuten. Der Pool in der Anlage war sehr sauber und es war wenig Betrieb dort. Zu den Restaurants sind es auch ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Von der Lage her könnte es etwas zentraler sein, da wir aber gerne zu Fuß gehen, um auch mal den leckeren Wein zu genießen oder einen Ricard, war die Wohnung für uns perfekt. Die Geräumigkeit, die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung haben mich komplett überzeugt. Die Kaution haben wir auch problemlos zurückerhalten: ein junger Mann von der Agentur kam vorbei, schaute ca. 5 Minuten, ob alles okay ist und gab uns dann das Geld wieder. Bei der Anreise war der Treffpunkt im Büro des Immobilienmaklers, dort hinterlegten wir die Kaution und der junge Mann zeigte uns den Weg und erklärte uns alles in der Wohnung. Die Anlage ist durch ein Tor gesichert und in der Anlage sind Parkplätze für das Auto. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
