Proper showers were impractical due to absence of shower curtain. But these were minor inconveniences. We had a great stay and were well rested."

"Overall very good experience. A few things to be aware though... Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel. Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight."

"Ich war in Chiang Rai und wollte ein Hotel nähe Stadtmitte. Das Hotel wurde mir mit 400m zur Stadtmitte angezeigt. Ich buchte und verstand erst später dass mir ein Hotel in Chan Saen angedreht wurde, das kein Stadtteil von Chiang Rai ist sondern 40km entfernt liegt. "This place had a good location but the front desk staff were not friendly at all. The upper deck had an awesome view but it was filthy. Only 2 old chairs to sit on.
