"First the pro - the idea of this resort, individual villas, is good. Now the cons: - The staff had no idea that I was arriving. After 20 minutes of inaction and repeated study of my booking receipt (on my iPhone), they said they would take 15 minutes to make up my room (confirmed by Max on the phone as the more expensive Deluxe Villa). 30 minutes later, they tried to put me in a Superior Villa. He took me on a bike ride around the town, a candle lighting ceremony at the temple, and to other beautiful locations. The food was delicious, and again, the art in the space created a fantastical experience."

"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. "This hotel seems ordinary as a 3-star hotel but the staff is exceptional. The location is great for a night market walking distance on the weekend( I am not sure whether there is a night market on Monday through Friday.) Great shopping both food and others for souvenirs."
