### Spacious villa with spa and pool table, WiFi, private parking

Between Vosges and Alsace, with family or friends, put your suitcases down at Ban-de-Laveline in the Jardins de la Gotelle.  
The advantage of the house: the rooms are fully modular according to the composition of the group: each room is equipped with two 90x200 beds that can be joined to obtain a 180 x 200 bed. The rooms have plenty of storage, including a master suite with its private bathroom. For the 4 other bedrooms, you will also benefit from a shower room and bathroom available as well as 3 separate toilets.  
For relaxation, take advantage of the upstairs room with billiards and reading area and on the terrace enjoy the spa with a view of the meadows and the Massif. Independent villa, on several levels: Ground floor with large living room (fully equipped kitchen), laundry room with washing machine, separate WC, bedroom with private shower room. Lower floor with separate WC, shower room, two bedrooms. Upper floor with separate WC, bathroom, bedroom. Top floor with games/billiards room and access to the roof terrace with a 7-seater jacuzzi.  
Internet by free WIFI, charges included, towels and household linen included, sheets included and beds made on arrival. Geothermal underfloor heating + wood stove in the living room.  
Private parking in front of the property.
