"The hotel itself is ok average people are nice but first basic stuff is expensive water 4 to 5 euro small bottle. What was the issue during my stay was the policy that hotel management enforced not to supply kettles in the room instead they asked me to get hot water from the bar and young lady told me I give one glas and asked me to fetch a glass from the breakfast area myself!! And then she said if you ask for more she will charge me for it!!!!! I came down second time prepared to pay for it and her supervisor was there and he said although I have to charge you but I give to you for free! While I appreciate this gesture, providing hot water to guest should be free . Any way overall I would not catagorize my stay as an amazing memorable stay 😳"

"Very handy to walk to Schipol airport. Bright and colourful decorations and high tech room allows you to change the colour in your room through the iPad in each room. Good things to know if you are used to North American hotels: Rooms are small and bed has walls on three sides, so either someone is blocked in at night, or both of you have to crawl out at the foot of the bed. There are only a few hangers to put clothes on, no drawers. Neither of these issues reduced our enjoyment of the property, and would definitely stay here again. "

"Parking was fine it seemed like, i wasnt driving. The breakfast was good, and restaurant staff were great, the same cant be said about the staff at the front desk. "

"The shuttle was very convenient. Check in was great. As a benefit for confirming your email you get a voucher for a welcome drink. I asked for a beer and had the voucher visible on the table. When the bill came the server said it was only valid for a small beer. “Sorry”. I said that it did not say that; it was valid for wine or beer no size specified. I asked why she brought me a large of the voucher wasn’t valid for that. Again, “Sorry”. No attempt to rectify the situation or even give a credit for the amount of a small beer. Just unwilling to be more than “Sorry”"
