Along Riccarton Road you will find all the flavours of the world right on your doorstep. Anytime Fitness is a two minute walk away and of course there is Hagley Park with its many attractions straight across the road. Free on street parking available on Darvel Street or Ayr Street. Bus stops outside on Riccarton Road. Electric Scooters/ e-bikes are perfect to use around Hagley Park. It's good to grab one using Uber APP. No Food upstairs - Please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge only No Shoes indoors No Smokers! Keep quiet between 9pm and 8am ! No evens! Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees. Please use makeup pads and cloths supplied. (we will be supplying make up removal wipes) The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $45 Per hour. Thank you!
