The saty was not good staff, yes, but as far as the property, the tv was faded and going out in my room, the sink kept taking long for water to go down, the room lights were dim, and the cleaning wasnt properly santize,also when u walk n the stair well is was a horrible stank smell as if somwone had pissed n the hall, for the sofe bed there were no extra blanket but a sheet amd no extra towels, when we asked. I wasn't please with my stay at all but the front (lady) staff was nice.

I was given the wrong room and the shower was broken. They gave me a larger room but the entire floor smelled of cigarettes. When I woke up I had several bites on me from bed bugs. Then in the morning while we are trying to get ready we had one maintenance man come and just randomly change the already working shower head. Next we had a cleaning lady straight walk in while my boyfriend was in a towel. Just completely unprofessional and down right dirty and disgusting. The lobby couch has a dark thick layer of dirt visible to the eye and touch. The indoor pool was closed and it appeared dirty and unkept as well. The breakfast thats provided is cold cereal and a waffle maker and some yogurt, thats it. The whole building didnt appear clean at all. The elevator was all busted up from the tiles and the wood panels on the walls.

The shower head was broken, the sink was loose, only had one toilet paper, no blankets oh and the pool was closed. I took my kids away for spring break and that was disappointing. And when I check in the man was very disrespectful, he told me I talk to much.. I would never give this low review before.. otherwise the breakfast was okay and other things..

The room and interior of building was for the most part cared for. The elevator floor was the main elevator and was visibly dirty our entire stay, 3 nights... same dirt and spills. We did not see any bed bugs or roaches as we read in Google reviews... you have to read those as well, not just Expedia's and search Google pictures from individuals. The pictures are quite deceiving otherwise. We learned the hard way. Outside there was trash across the property, the parking lot and grounds were trashed. The 2 VERY specific reasons for chosing this location was for the indoor pool, which was closed and as evident by the color of the water, it had been closed for long time (a well lit pond)... and the "breakfast"... do it yourself waffles and very hard boiled eggs EVERY morning. We chose it for those 2 amenities, knowing we would have to drive a little further to spend time with our family who live in the area... complete disappointment for the whole family especially my young son. As for staff, not one smiled or was approachable, not one person cared about how our stay was, clearly as no one asked. We left our initial feedback of our check-in and did not hear from anyone, specifically the manager, in regard to our disappointment. Quite honestly, we were booked and paid for 3 nights and were fearful to stir up any trouble/concerns as we feared retaliation.

I requested new sheets for when I was out during the day and came back to no new sheets and within 5 mins of being back the maid knocked on the door for room service (new bedding) and I was like well, not now that I’m back after being out for 7 hours. The hallways smelled a bit of smoke and the facilities were well worn

Staff is excellent and tremendous. Very kind and friendly. The room however has some minor issues. Small toilet (like sitting on a bucket). A hint of cigarette aroma purifies the property. Thin walls (if you know what I mean)
