The basement apartment has its own private entrance facing the backyard, offering 900 square feet of living space, including a dining area, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Although the owner lives on the first and second floors, and a door connects the first floor to the basement apartment, the space is completely private.
