Beds were uncomfortable, room was dated with no dishes and falling apart. Worst experience ever.

Review of Extended Stay hotel

Pros: The ability to check in with my dog.
Cons: Everything from the staff to the GRAB and GO breakfast, to the way they view their guest.
Location: Location was on a busy street, which was always had postal trucks coming and going.
Bad hotel. You had to bring dirty towels down to front desk to get new ones. I had to get toilet paper from front desk. I only had my room cleaned one time in 10 days and I had to reserve that day. Terrible There was no kitchen utilizes, so I had to go to front desk to ask for fork, knives and frying pan. The condition of these items was shameful. The staff at the front desk did not seem to care. The GRAB and GO breakfast was a joke. The front door was locked at 11pm, which wouldn't have been a problem if the front door key card entry was working. Because it was not working, they forced you to go to side door entrances. There was trash around the building that was there from the day I arrived to 10 days later.

Only part time shuttle to airport due to no driver for early departures unlike other places with full time drivers

terrible hotel, facility is very old and run down.

Pros: The Parking
Cons: the entire property
Location: Did nothing, late check in early check out
After checking in, we realized what a mistake this was. The room assigned to us STUNK, it smelled of animal urine. We proceeded to change room., the room was dated, everything was old and worn.

Misleading staff

I specifically called to ask if the airport shuttle could take us to a 7 am flight. Yes. Again I was very specific about leaving our vehicle onsite while we were gone. As long as we stayed at their hotel. Even if one night was our only stay? Yes again! Awesome, I thought. Well, when we arrived, “The shuttle doesnt start until 6:15 and we dont offer parking here while you are not here. “ Honestly, do they know that I was very specific for a reason? Last time for me here!!

Stay from hell

From the start of checking the lobby was filthy glass doors had not been clean the floors was not vacuumed. Getting in the elevator there was dirt on the floor stains on the walls and smelled like mildew. Getting to my room could not get in had to go back to front desk. I informed the front desk I could not get in my room she said wiggle the door knob. After it took me 10 minutes to get in the room it was a smell of smoke coming from the room. I went to take a shower and the shower knob was broken. I called down to the front desk and informed them of the shower and was told to juggle the knob. I would not recommend this hotel to a homeless vagrant.The hallway was dirty needed vacuuming.

Before we even checked in I noticed a filthy glass front door. Then our room was not clean. Dirty fridge handles, hair in bathroom, the carpet did not look vaccumed, bed looked slept in. When I complained to the night shift front desk he said he would take care of it in the morning but it was not mentioned to the day staff.
