Not too good

Pros: Close to airport and reasonable rates The staff was very nice. Satisfactory room for a night. Clean
Cons: Odor in hallways TV's with remotes that work
Location: Had dinner at Bob Evans adjacent to hotel Near airport. Very convenient
Nice hotel the staff were friendly and tried to fix the TV The TV remote did not work and they were unable to fix it. Disappointing. The hotel did have an strange odor in the hallways but overall was satisfactory for our purposes.

Perfect for long stays

Had a very pleasant experience. It was my first time staying in an extended stay. I am used to hotel maids coming in everyday, making the bed, replacing towels, and emptying garbage. Which is the reason for a 3 for overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I enjoyed the privacy. Maybe it was because we came in late for check and didn’t really know how extended stay works but it was partially my fault for not asking. So maybe if the staff just gave a little bit of education to visitors who’ve never stayed and or haven’t been in a while. But I enjoyed it and so did my daughter.

Smoking room?

Our room had been smoked in and it ruined the whole night. So much for “smoke-free”

Person at front desk was horrible!

I booked this hotel for my son and his girlfriend through Expedia when they were having car trouble. I was told by Expedia that the minimum age was 18. My son is 18 and his girlfriend is 19. they were on their way from DC to Philadelphia to meet us for the weekend. It was the day of a terrible storm all up and down the East Coast. Upon check-in they were told that they were too young to be able to stay the night. Person working at the front desk was very rude. He stated that they needed to be 21 in order to stay the night. Under the circumstances, the fact that they were having car trouble and that Baltimore was experiencing a terrible storm, they asked if he could make an exception. He would not help them. Many of the people trying to check in with trying to offer assistance. I phoned The hotel to talk to him but he was not answering the phone. I then called Expedia and the person I spoke with was very helpful. He tried to call the hotel and thankfully the man answer the phone. Even though Expedia had told me that they would be able to check in the man at the front desk will still not allow them to stay. My son and his girlfriend had nowhere else to go and he was ready to send them back out to the terrible weather and a car that was having trouble. Thankfully one of the people checking in that night asked for his superiors phone number. That person, thankfully, told him to let them stay. Since Expedia was not able to get the man to allow them to stay he canceled the

Never pick this hotel

Staff at both extended stay hotels.at BWI were rude and could not listen long.enough to even get my name right so they spent 15 minutes just looking for my reservation! Whole hotel...elevators and room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana? Sheets and bedding so worn and scratchy got red marks on any skin they came in contact with. No water pressure and no stable temp control. Floor covered in greasy film. Horrible and left without getting any sleep because of the conditions.

heater was either too hot or too cold, kept me up every half hour all night. other than that and the fact that the shower curtain was too short for the bath tub, the room was fine. having said that, staff were all friendly and welcoming except for the german front desk dude at night. rigid. not flexible. you gotta bend in a customer service job bro.
