Beds were uncomfortable, room was dated with no dishes and falling apart. Worst experience ever.

Our front desk is available 24 hours a day, so we would have been happy to move you to another room at your request. We continually work to improve our facilities, and we appreciate you sharing your comments. To ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites.
