Bathroom in need of update with ventilation. Musty odor. It felt like the AC wasn't working, the room was warm and very humid with the AC unit set at 66. Staff was very friendly and the location is very convenient.

Great location. Nice size rooms. Walkable to everything…Metro, shopping, restaurants, etc. Price was good for the area. The free coffee in the lobby was a bonus! We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area!

As soon as you walk into the property there is a huge hole in the ceiling. The rooms are outdated and need to be refreshed. The bathrooms are super outdated and small. You have to pay to park your car and you also have to pay for the breakfast they offer, it is not included. There are restaurants and shopping centers (Ross, 5Below, Tj Maxx, Outback, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, etc near by. Overall it was okay but would not stay again nor recommend.

Reception staff is OK, But the security staff is rude and is required more training when dealing with customer dispute about noise. --- Issue : connecting door between rooms is not sound-proof, and noise from next room at midnight. The security staff was rude with the victim while being tolerant with the noise maker.

Overall the location is convenient and price point is decent. The property needs to be updated. Everytime I have stayed the phone either doesn’t work or is missing in the room. Staff is prompt to respond to complaints. Parking should automatically be included in the stay and not a separate charge.

Check in staff was rude, suggested to add a bed (and charge more) since we booked a two double bed room with two adult and one child. I said when I booked the room, I clearly entered three people, anything showed up as my search results should be able to accommodate. She said because I booked through Expedia, they are not responsible for more than two people, anything we might need should contact Expedia. Since a double bed is bigger than a full size bed, enough for me and my adult and teen daughters, we didn't add the extra bed. And... we booked two nights, the first day after we came back, found out the room was not cleaned, we didn't put out a 'do not disturb" sign, and we had to call front desk to get fresh towels! Worst hotel experience ever, don't know if this is their standard procedure or our special treatment!

The staff was friendly, location was good, room was clean. There were a few things that could be worked on. The thermostat was not working properly. It was cold outside and I was trying to warm my room up. However when I increased the temperature, it just blew out more cold air. My bathroom was extremely extremely small and I’m not exaggerating. They have a sign at the front desk saying they have a breakfast buffet from 7am to 11 am. But in actuality they don’t offer any breakfast. They need to remove the sign if that is the case.

This hotel was very clean. It was also very quiet However, there was no refrigerator in the rooms. The suite I stayed in was cold. The heat did not work. It took staff almost a day to respond about the heat. For $135 per night with a $50 hold I expected more. There was a front desk manager named Jordan who really tried to address my concerns. He upgraded my room to a suite. He was very nice and professional.

Great and reasonably priced location close to Bethesda. Check-in staff was very helpful. When we realized that a single bed was booked by mistake, she upgraded to a double bed room to accommodate us. Parking garage is conveniently in the hotel and the fee was reasonable.

My stay was okay. When I first checked in, the valet doesn't take card. So I had the options to zelle or cash app which I didn't really prefer. Check in was easy. The only complaint is that my room was 90 degrees when I had walked in. The temperature was on 73°. I turned it down to 65° and it was still hot. I waited 30 minutes and ended up calling front desk. She said maintenance will be up. I've waited 20 minutes and nobody came. I ended up going down stairs to ask where the maintenance man was. She told him again and eventually he came up and fixed the AC. Other than that, the shower was okay as well. I would rate this 6.5/10

One of the problem i found was there was no microwave in the rooms. I have been to places where there is and for hotel guests having microwave is a must to reheat as we order alot.

The room was spacious and the staff except the person who checked us out were friendly. While we were in the suite I saw when a rat dashed across the living room into our bedroom. We were uncomfortable especially because of the disease that these rats carry. When I called the front desk we were advised to come down and we would be assigned a new room on the 10th floor.

I dod not like the way I initially communicated by the receptionist, she was giving sets of instructions (not communicating the same politely) and lost appetite to the service providers. Guests should be welcomed properly and hotel rules can be briefed with required sincerity and politeness -the same purpose of transmitting the message can be obtained and THE FIRST IMPRESSION is very important for such services. SECOND: I have commented on the reservation fee amount and in the time I called for service cleaning one day, one has communicated for “possible correction” that was not helpful once done. THIRD: the toilet room odes not have floor drain system where the cleaning service is only until or before 11:00 where one taking a shower for example after this time, the water on the floor is not comfortable. There are some noise from neighboring rooms as well and the bed materials better be clean (those having stains better be replaced). What I like is the location of the Hotel,
