I’ve stayed at hotels weekend after weekend for wrestling tournaments over the last few years and I have never had a worse experience. We go to use the pool/hot tub when we first get there because that’s what my kids love and we see people letting a huge group of friends/family members in the back door who aren’t even staying at the hotel. They had about 50 people in the pool acting like maniacs so we said whatever fine. We go back up to the room chill out and relax. All night long some wanna be thugs are around running around screaming, slamming doors. I mean from 11pm- 6 AM. We called the front desk atleast 3 times times to let them know we can’t even sleep. They come up and say hey guys can you keep it down and 10 minutes later they are screeming acting a fool all over again. The property felt unsafe and honestly felt like they had done sketchy stuff going down in there. Needless to say I’ve stayed at Hilton many of times but that will be my Last.

Pros: Good location, Not to far from the mall and restaurants. Emergency room about 10 mins away. Indoor pool. Has a restaurant and bar. Very close to highway. Front desk staff very pleasant. Easy check-in. Cons: No free breakfast ( maybe not ideal for families) Full breakfast cost about $16 per person (not including taxes). Rooms need renovation. Update carpet, paint and ceiling.

I arrived late at night for a 3 day stay and the check in process was painless and appreciated. as was the very comfortable bed, room darkening drapes, quiet room and a shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. Everything I was looking for!

The front desk VO fused our reservation with another guest and tried to say that we stayed two nights when we only stayed for one night. My husband asked for the printout and it was not us. It was a different floor, room number, and name. It was resolved, but only after he kept insisting that they captured our credit card two nights ago and not one. Furthermore, when we first called to say we would be arriving late and not to give away our room since it was the night before the Super Bowl, they said I had to contact Expedia. Expedia said we had to contact the hotel directly. I eventually had to call a corporate number and it was resolved. Also, they only had pork meat available for breakfast. They said they had a large party who ate all of the Turkey sausage so we did not eat there for breakfast. We will be back this weekend, but we know what to expect…if we stay there.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently the hotel it self is always clean and the staff are welcoming. I love the warm cookies just wish they were the oatmeal raisin ones like before . This actual stay my flight was delayed so I definitely appreciate Edgar for being able to accommodate a later check out due to our trip ☺️ I don’t care for the dinning experience the food is not that great at all . It’s not fresh just sitting in a warmer . For $16.95 for buffet the potatoes, eggs , French toast etc shouldn’t be dried out and taste that was

The employees were honestly the best part and made our trip so much more special. We had tickets to the Baltimore Ravens game which is my husband's absolute favorite team. We had never been to an NFL game. We're from the PNW and holidays just ended so our PTO was limited. We flew in on an overnight flight, arrived at 530am, and were completely exhausted. As you know, sleeping on a flight is not a quality nights rest. The game was at 430pm the day we arrived. After calling and explaining the situation, we were able to pay a small fee and get into our room by 7am. This meant we could rest up for the big game! The front desk had warm cookies which we LOVED. Every time we walked passed the front desk, the staff knew we loved the cookies and would offer us some. It was a really enjoyable experience. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable but the staff really took the cake by being so hospitable. Thank you so much! I hope you'll share this review with your team because they are awesome!
