Nicht empfehlenswert
Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, unflexibel und fast schon respektlos. Die Qualität der Zimmer lässt auch zu wünschen. Die Fenster wurden nie geputzt, leisten fallen von den Wänden, die Dusche ist verschimmelt. Der Zustand außerhalb der Zimmer ist auch mangelhaft.

Opposite the station, this large hotel is also within walking distance of the Altstadt. The rooms are quite basic but are comfortable. The sink is in the bedroom not the bathroom, but I didn't care. Breakfast is the usual continental style, but very nice scrambled eggs with bacon on offer also. Another bonus is a free bus pass around the Altstadt! Service was pleasant. A warning to travellers : after morning, reception doesn't open until 2. The only downside for me was poor WiFi. I'd stay again though.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient
Very comfortable, quiet, simple, clean, affordable hotel right across the street from the main train station. Beautiful historic building but completely modern inside. Had all the basic amenities. Do note that the front desk is only staffed from 4:00 to 9:00 PM and breakfast is not included. They will send instructions for self check-in if you arrive when the desk is closed.

Unbelievably helpful staff, great facility & deal!
What a great experience! Friendly, helpful staff and great location. I've stayed in the four star hotels in Stralsund and not had nearly as good a time. It's a very European hotel, and I like that. If you like cookie-cutter box hotels, then this isn't for you, but if you like a memorable, individual experience, this is hard to beat.

Choose this hotel because right opposite train station which was a convenience we needed. And also for the price. Nothing special, but fine. Only some of staff spoke passable English, so beware if you struggle with German.

Hotel was fine for our purposes. About a10-15 minute walk from the center of the Old Town which is good. Location therefore ideal for people who don't need the quaintness of the Old Town on their doorstop to make their stay. Nice grand old Building, not really matched by the interior, but rooms are adequate and fairly large

Beim einchecken konnte das Rezeptionspersonal nicht erkennen ob mit oder ohne Frühstück gebucht wurde. Ich musste meine Buchung im Internet raussuchen um dieses zu klären. Das Waschbecken befand sich leider direkt im Zimmer und nicht wie man es aus anderen Hotels gewohnt ist im Bad. Die Duschkabine ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. 1. Die Tür der Kabine ließ sich nicht richtig schliessen, so dass das gesamte Badezimmer überschwemmt war ! 2. Das Wasser in der Duschtrasse floss nicht richtig ab ! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend !

Äußerlich ein ein altes historisches Gebäude.Innen renoviert hell und sauber. Zimmer für eine Familie bis 4 Personen sehr groß und frisch renoviert, bad mit großer Dusche neu. Personal am Empfang, zum Frühstück sehr freundlich. Zimmerservice mit täglichem Aufräumen, Bettenmachen, kuscheltiere wurden nett auf dem gemachten Bett drapiert. Frische Handtücher. Alles ohne Beanstandung. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne weiter. Mit den Buslininien kommt man bequem zu allen Sehenswürdikeiten. Der Hauptbahnhof und die Haltestellen sind im Umkreis von 100m erreichbar.

Rigtig fint hotel til god pris
Ringtig fint hotel i forhold til prisen. Flot værelse det ser ud til alt på hotellet er nyrenoveret. Dog ser det lidt træt ud ude fra.God beliggenhed tæt på den gamle by. Man kan parkere i p-hus til 10 euro pr døgn i P-hus ved banegården, som ligger lige overfor hotellet.

Gute Lage, direkt ggü dem Bahnhof. Jedoch an einer sehr lauten Straße. Check in nur von 15:00 bis 18:00 Uhr möglich. Betten nicht bequem, komischer Topper. Zimmerservice nicht gut, Frühstück geht so ggü im Intercity Hotel wesentlich besser.

Hyggelig opphold i Stralsund
Vi kom til et hyggelig hotell sentralt i Stralsund med rene, lyse rom og hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening. Litt harde madrasser er alt jeg har å utsette på oppholdet. Frokosten var super.

Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 bis 15 min. zu erreichen. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Nettes Personal, günstige, aber etwas laute Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Zum Frühstück gab es auch Kaffeespezialitäten, leider wurde ab 9.15 Uhr nicht nachgelegt und der Obstsalat war aus der Dose. Schöner, großzügiger Frühstücksraum, gut sortierter und günstiger Automat.

Hotel ist OK. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist schwierig, da es an einer gut frequentierten Kreuzung liegt und der Bahnhof gegenüber ist. Dafür sehr zentrale Lage.

Ich war erst anhand einiger Bewertungen hier im Netz skeptisch, ob ich wirklich das richitge Hotel gebucht habe. Aber bin auch der Meinung man sollte sich erst mal selber einen Eindruck machen. Und das hab ich und mein Mann. Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer Comfort (Zimmer109)gebucht und das Zimmer war großzügig, es war schlicht aber modern eingeräumt und es fehlte auch nicht an Gemütlichkeit. Der Fernseher ist ein moderen Flachbildschirm und das Bad war sehr hell und freundlich. An der Sauberkeit gab es für uns absolut nix zu bemängeln und das Internet war für unsere einfachen Anwendungen ausreichend. Ich weiß allerdings nicht wie stabil das Netz ist, wenn man z.B. Filme aus dem Netz schauen will. Das Peronal war super freundlich zu uns. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns freundlich noch Tips gegeben was wir für Sehenswürdigkeiten schauen könnten und er war auch interessiert ob wir unser Auto in der Nähe parken konnten. Wir hatten das Glück in einer Seitenstrasse den Wagen kostenlos zu parken( ca 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel) Das Frühstück war gut und es war reichlich Auswahl vorhanden. Die Dame die sich um die Gäste im Frühstücksraum gekümmert hat, war sehr aufmerksam und auch freundlich. Ich kann demnach nicht bestätigen was hier immer mal wieder erwähnt wird, das das Personal unfreundlich wäre. Wie man in den Wald hineiruft so schallt es zurück ist ein weises Sprichwort. Also kann ich nur sagen, wir würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Tjejen i receptionen kämpade på med sin engelska, som var ungefär som vår tyska.. men allt fungerade bra! Privat parkering för hotellets gäster för 6,5 euro. Nära hotellet, skönt! Bra frukost! Rummet var stort och fräscht, mycket fint badrum, högt i tak och sköna sängar. Allt man kan önska av ett hotellrum! Det ligger väldigt nära tågstationen. Men inte i gamla stan. Går att gå eller ta taxi enkelt! Rekommenderas!

Auf den ersten Blick ganz nett aber im Bad kein Waschbecken, das geht ja wohl gar nicht! Das findet man im Hotelzimmer. Eine Lampe dazu-Fehlanzeige. Es funktionierte lediglich eine Wandleuchte im Eingangsbereich und eine Nachttischlampe. Also sehr romantisch. Das Frühstück für 11 Euro pro Person grenzt schon an Wucher. 9.15 Uhr war das so schon recht spartanische Angebot überaus übersichtlich. Nachgelegt wurde nichts mehr. Für den Preis gibt es mit Sicherheit bessere Hotels in Stralsund.
