The personnel was very friendly. It is conveniently located in downtown area which made it easy to reach restaurants and shopping centers about a 10-minute drive away. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The room still needs some work, particularly the crystal-clear door that lacks a sunshade at the top. This affects privacy and allows too much light into the room, especially in the morning during resting hours. Additionally, the electric plug connector and the bathroom mirror light were not working. The parking situation in front of the hotel is also a concern. It is located on a very narrow road, which could put guest vehicles at risk of being hit by careless drivers passing by. The hotel does not have a pool or an elevator, which may be something to consider for guests who expect those amenities. Overall, it’s a clean hotel with responsive staff and a convenient location, but a few practical improvements could make the stay even better." The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides. The resort was extremely clean and not a single bug in site. I think this place is better for a shorter stay as you are far away from san juan and fajardo to do excursions. I would also recommend renting a car for those reasons as well as for food. The cafe is amazing for breakfast with smoothies and acai bowls, the pizza pool bar is awesome, but the main restaraunt "Trova" is underwhelming.
