"The stay was wonderful the house was very comfortable and the pool was awesome; the location was great it's close to everything, communication was excellent and they were very welcoming 5 stars for me "

"1. House was cold on several occasions during our stay; couldn't manage on our end & 3 of my guest got colds. Had to contact the owner every time who handles everything on their end2. The WiFi was unreliable 3. There were ants in the kitchen. We kept the kitchen clean constantly, not leaving food on the counter or on the floor 4. There was a coach roach in one of the bedrooms5. There were refrigerators with water & ice dispensers and neither of them produced ice. There was a ice machine maker but it definitely didn't produce enough ice for 5 adults6. The washing machine washed my colored clothes in hot water even with the cold water setting7. There was no closet in the master suite8. Pool wasn't heated enough; again, everything managed by the owner and had to wait on their response"

"We enjoyed our stay in this home as it met all of our criteria- very clean, quiet, comfortable beds and a very responsive host! The house is quite roomy with plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking with a park just a few blocks away. You can even walk to a Wawa and several restaurants as they an only a mile away with sidewalks everywhere. Overall, a great house to rent at a reasonable price. "

"This rental was perfect for our long-term stay while moving from St. Louis to Florida. The house looks small on the outside but will surprise you when you step inside. The kitchen has everything you need and all three bedrooms are decorated nice and comfortable. I work from home and used the desk in one of the bedrooms. This really is a pet friendly house, no carpet and easy to clean. The large yard is great for anyone with kids and pets. Check in is super easy, even if you arrive late at night like we did. The host is very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this property."

"This property was in a very nice area with really no noise around from other houses or vehicles. It is walking distance to the closest gas station and is fairly close to the grocery store as well. I was very happy with how clean it was when we arrived and the proper amenities were provided for our stay! "

"This clean and modern rental is fully attached to a new house in a new neighborhood, but has its own entrance door and driveway. With the connection, "some" noise is a possibility, but in our experience, it was very minimal. The host also provided a sound machine and suggestions to minimize the possibility. She was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We were grateful they are pet-friendly for an affordable fee. (Be sure to click "I am traveling with pets" on the Travelers box). We found the bed very comfortable, and it was a plus to have a washer/dryer combo available. Cooking is kept to a portable two-burner & convection microwave oven. It had all that we needed. The only thing I would suggest for you to bring with you is a steamer to press your clothing (no iron available). We felt like we lived in a new apartment for a few days, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The home exceeded our expectations. Very spacious with a great layout for the family. The landscaping and private back yard with the pool was an added benefit. Great communication and responsiveness from owner."
