"The Galmont is a very nice hotel that is in an excellent location for travelers. It is only a 3 minute walk from the train station or bus station, and equally close to the center of town. We did not have a car and it was a great choice for us. The young lady who checked us in was super helpful and we even got an upgraded room! The lobby area is very nice, the bar and restaurants are great, and the room was very well appointed. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was large. There are a ton of restaurants and pubs within a short walk, as well as the shopping district. Really no complaints, but the chair and ottoman in the room was rather worn and should be replaced. A minor fault. Definitely recommend!"

"This area around the hotel looks quite "industrial", but it a very short walk into Galway and given this location, for me it was a winner. Breakfast was fine, but not helped by a coachload of quite loud tourists from a foreign land that expected their coffee to come in buckets, otherwise all was good"

"What a great spot! The area itself is not to be missed. We were really close to The Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. This bed & breakfast is so cute and really special. Top notch service from staff who were all friendly, helpful, and quick to recommend excellent dining options in the area. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable and lots of natural light. Can't recommend enough, I wish we'd been able to stay more days there. I'll remember our time fondly.
