Lovely hotel with a picturesque water fountain out the front, but even better than that was the staff, friendly, great with kids and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back. 10/10

Positive and negative points.
First room we were given we couldn’t get hot water. Hotel dealt with this very efficiently by changing our room. Rooms could do with blackout blinds as light cam through very early. Wedding disco going on downstairs was very noisy until after 1am.

Great hotel, we will be back
Arrived to find long queue outside for restaurant, there was no separate check in for guests. Otherwise everything was brilliant, the food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them( except the breakfast chef who wasn’t a happy chap). We will definitely come back!

Great place to stay, a good location for us to stay while visiting family and also visiting some tourist sites. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Food for dinner was very good in the restaurant.

Glorious, Super & Magical.
It was ALL Amazing & a Magical Setting to be in. Ofcourse, the weather helped and we could enjoy the beautiful grounds, trees, waterfall, etc etc! Staff were so friendly, caring, and lovely. Twas Super - not one bad word to say about The Lovely Tullyglasss Hotel. Would Recommend to Any One, altho very sadly - there wasnt a lift.. Im led to believe its in the Planning at the min. Nearly forgot = the Food Was Excellent too!! All Great 😀

We were in the residence 2 which was excellent. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The only complaint we would have was very minor in nature - there was a lit up mirror in the en suite which we could find no switch for. Breakfast was excellent

Beautiful Hotel! On our way back from Giants Causeway. Lovely staff, even conditioning in the room. Only one negative, low water pressure in the shower/bath. Beds were very nice, breakfast also very nice.

Beautiful hotel. Bathroom was nice but crowded. Ate at the buffet and meats were dry and vegetables over cooked. Ate in the bar/dining room the next night and food was great. Nothing close by except a golf course. Most pubs, restaurants close or quit serving food by 7-8pm.

I stayed at Tullyglass in May 2019 with my girlfriend. We were hoping for a relaxing break but found out when we returned to our room that we had been placed directly above a wedding party. The noise was deafening but at this point it was too late to switch rooms. We were not informed at any time when we checked in that there was a wedding or that we would be placed directly above it. We were unable to get to sleep until well after 1am when the music stopped. To make matters worse the “smart” tv would not connect to the internet. When we were leaving we tried to complain and were told that it was a mistake and we should not have been placed in this room. However, we were told that nothing could be done to compensate us as there was no manager available. We were advised to call later in the week to discuss this with the manager. When we did call the advisor seemed to imply that it was our fault for booking the room on Hotels.com rather than with the hotel directly. However, again he said that he did not have authority to do anything and that he would arrange for a manager to call me back. This did not happen. Unfortunately this poor customer service was a consistent theme of the whole stay. On numerous occasions we were completely blanked by members of staff and ignored in a rude manner. Ultimately the whole experience was an incredibly negative one. There is no way that the room was worth £130. I have had more relaxing stays in hostels for £15 a night.

Beautiful property! 100% first class. We toured their banquet facilities and were astounded by the sheer size, yet the quality they can offer. We had the evening carvery for dinner and for 20 Pounds it was unbeatable. We had the breakfast option and it was very good as well.

Lovely hotel - comfortable room and great service
Great room, plenty of space and overall very comfortable stay. Lovely hotel. Ate in the restaurant for my evening meal and maybe I made a poor choice, but the meal was dry and lacking flavour. I commented to the staff and they went out of their way to arrange a different choice for me and ensured I wasn't charged for the meal. The service was excellent, which makes all the difference if you have a problem with a meal such as this. A beautiful hotel and I will look to return when next in the area.
