We received excellent care from the staff on arrival and throughout. Everyone was polite and helpful. Clean and nicely decorated throughout. No problems at all.

Expected More From A Four Star

Posted 24-Jul-2017
Pros: Easy to get in and out. Parking isn't too expensive if you choose to drive here.
Cons: The staff is not particularly helpful. They pushed us to let them call a cab, when we could have walked outside, flagged one down, and saved money.
Location: Not much right in the area, but easy access to downtown by taxi.
Was put in one of their worst rooms at check in and had to basked to be moved. Wouldn't have been that big a deal if we hadn't just arrived from NYC. Bed was very hard, although pillows were nice and soft. A bit outside the center of Dublin, though close enough to get around fairly inexpensively. Construction outside was a bit noisy. I wouldn't recommend the hotel if you are unable to get a substantial discount on their normal prices.

Great location, staff was amazing. I only would suggest they have irons in the room. Other than that it was great. Location was perfect.

Somewhat disappointed.

Long cab ride from airport. Was not aware breakfast was at additional cost. If you have a car they charge for parking. Seemed like they want to charge for everything, even the tomato juice that was included on the menu!! Bad experience for me.

Nice hotel not far from the city

Located in a quiet area. Very helpful staff. Single room was on the smaller side with no chair and no tea/coffee facilities.

Walking distance to Avios stadium for concerts.

A short walk to bus stop. Easy to get to city centre on 7, 7a and 4. Just by American Embassy. A few shops bars and restaurants near by too. The park is just behind hotel with open space and a lake. Hotel was quiet clean and comfortable.
