"Lovely, lovely place, only complaint I would have is that when you walked into the lobby, nobody acknowledged us, on our initial entrance, one person did and was very helpful, he is the person who checked me in and told me about parking, in fact all three personnel were very kind, but after that…staff changed and they were so unaware of people coming and going it was off putting."
