Lovely week
Great property and location. Good advice to stock up in food before arriving. Clean, tidy, organised place with everything we needed. It isn't a huge property. Our 6 year old daughter slept in the attic room which she loved, but two tall adults would struggle in there. However, garden is delightful and we spent most time outdoors. River beautiful and red squirrels spotted daily. Mud room also a useful space. Amazing number of DVDs to choose from as the TV only play DVDs. This wasn't a problem for us but you might want to know this before you arrive.

Amazing cottage by the river
Our stay was great and our 3 kids loved the cottage. The bridge right in the back garden makes it quite the picturesque get away and the surrounding area is lovely.

Surprise birthday break
Very welcoming. Clean. Catered for our self catering needs. Particularly during lockdown due to Covid. Beautiful surroundings. A real nugget of joy!

Cozy Cottage
2 years ago we stopped at the bridge which is where the cottage gets its name to look at a wonderful variety of birds that were coming to some feeders hanging in the trees there. This year, I was delighted to find this cottage next to that very spot. Alas, the birds were not attending the feeders but the cottage is precious. Exactly what you want! The cottage feel runs nicely through the entire house as red foxes and gray rabbits peek down at you from paintings on pastel walls. The shabby chic feel adds to the quaintness of the cottage as does the short doorways and and smaller rooms. A double slipper tub (with plenty of hot water) invites you to soak in its warmth. The bed was comfortable and linens fresh and crisp. The kitchen looked well equipped for prepping and cooking meals. There is a lovely back yard that overlooks the bridge and has flower gardens and swings for children young and old. A very special place that I would return to if I am ever fortunate enough to be driving the winding roads of Glenlivet Scotland. We did struggle to get the heat to work...perhaps detailed instructions would have made it easier. Thanks.

Great location if you are a Whisky lover or enjoy a quiet place to rest
Overall, exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed and in a great location. Just down the road from Glenlivet distillery and a number of other great distilleries. A beautifully appointed cottage with so much charm and warmth, with an amazing back yard overlooking the river and bridge. Great host and easy to connect and communicate with. THANK YOU!
