A beautiful resort, right at the ocean, with a nice breeye and very good air. Extremely helpful staff. Also very good: the complimentary shuttle from and to the airport. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to go any place in Indonesia - a few nights at this resort will get you pleasantly over your jet-lag

We stayed here for one night as we landed in Bali and had to wait an evening before our Villa up in Seminyak was ready. This is a large resort property convenient to the airport. The guards at the main entrance gave us peace of mind. We were given a free upgrade with an ocean view. The room was large and perfectly fine. Great shower and TV channel selection. We were tired from travel and just had dinner and a night cap at one of the two restaurants on property. The food was real good. The next morning we went to breakfast at the other restaurant on property which is more buffet style and the breakfast selection was huge. There must have been 60 items including an omelet station. We walked to the beach and I will say that may be the only negative of the hotel. There are fishing boats in the water and there was no one setting up chairs or anything, maybe we were early. I'm not sure the hotel owns the beach there I think it's a public beach but not sure. We had to check out at 12 so we just stayed at the pool which was nice and large and had a swim up bar. Keep in mind this is a kid-friendly hotel so the pool is only so relaxing with screaming children. But overall, this is a great hotel and very nice property. Perhaps the best part is that the staff here were extremely nice and helpful and proud to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would give this hotel a strong recommendation particularly for families.

The Hotel inside was great. The beach doesn't belong to the hotel and its impossible to swim since there is a lot of garbage. If you want to walk along the beach you can at your own risck because there is a lot of local people trying to aggressively sell you things. My main reasons to book there 1- close to the airport 2- the beach wich turned out to be useless.

This was a great getaway. It's on a quieter section of Kuta. Their breakfast was great and I would recommend it. The beach is just beyond a layer of grass. So it still felt separate enough where people weren't constantly asking if I wanted to buy something. The pool facilities were great. It was kept very clean. They had great floaties to relax on and it never felt like their was not a pool chair when needed. There are plenty of food places to walk to nearby. Also a few mini marts to buy drinks, snacks, or forgotten toiletries. There is also a pharmacy nearby. The staff are very friendly. So go enjoy a break.

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) stayed for 3 days, great facilities such as ping-pong table to keep kids happy. Buffet breakfast was lovely overlooking the pool. Walking distance along the foreshore to Waterbom Park, about 10minutes. Close to airport , so for flights arriving late at night it is convenient. Beautiful landscaped gardens & plenty of cabana / daybeds in the gardens & near the pool to relax at.

We arrived early but due to inavailability of rooms we had to wait for the usual check in time. Our check in was standard and the staff was not that organised in giving info. Like what i can enjoy as IHG member. The perks they gave me this latest visit was not the same as the one i received 3 months before Other than that we still enjoyed our stay because of relaxing surrounding and clean rooms and enjoyable breakfast.

My wife and I have just returned from a stay with our 1 year old for our first family holiday. We couldn’t fault the resort or the service provided for us. We found all staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The on site medical clinic was well priced and great piece of mind for a travelling family. Oxa, Dede and Ketut at the pool bar and pool facility made our stay so much more enjoyable with their kindness and “no hassle” attitude. Agus in house keeping did a great job keeping our rooms clean. All in all, we will back for another family adventure as soon as we can.

My favourite thing were the beautiful grounds with trees, lawns and amazing cabana/day beds by the pool. Staff were lovely! Our room was so quiet, no traffic noise at all. Very close to waterbom park and lots of places to eat. Less than 10 mins from DPS airport also.

Alles in allem waren die 5 Naechte im Zimmer 2214 so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. An die vielen Nullen bei den Preisen habe ich mich schnell gewoehnt, zumal es dadurch einfach war, sich als Millionaer zu fuehlen. Das balinesische Personal empfand ich als unaufdringlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Beautiful resort! Loved it!
Beautiful resort and everything was great! Pool area is very nice with a swim up bar. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy! Food at the resort was great for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay again if in Bali.

Lovely hotel. Great pool and restaurants
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at the start of my trip to Bali. It looked relatively close to the airport on the map, but there was no issue with noise. In fact, I never heard a plane. The check in was easy. I took advantage of the free transport from the hotel that was part of my booking. I arrived a few hours before checkin and was able to leave my bags while I went around the surrounding neighborhood. The staff was lovely and the food very tasty. I was there during Nyepi (Day of Silence) and we were unable to leave the grounds (per Indonesian law). The hotel did a great job giving us activities throughout the day.

The property was good. We booked a room with 3 pax but they had just enough space to remove the seating and put in a single bed. Now there was no place to sit and you could only have a bed to sit on or lie down.
