Warning Bed Bugs
This place was the only place i got Bed Bugs out of 4 different paid accommodations i stayed at over my 3 week hoiday in Bali. Not only did i get bed bugs but i was 1st placed in a room, for me was near a 5min struggle to get to the elevator as i use a walking stick due to an accident 2yrs ago, had to ask to move to room closer to elevator, even tho they saw my struggle approaching reception on arrival, do not recomend this place at all. Must add this is the only bad review i have given to any hotel in all my years of using Hotels.com

You get what you pay for .. sadly .. gym equipment was not working .. my bedding did not seem clean under the sheet coverage .. a little off putting. The pool was lovely but needs TLC.. breakfast I would not waste my money .. was happier ordering on grab.. I left after 4 days . No hot water at times .. please don’t stay there if you want even 3 star.. plus side .. everyone was lovely there .. and close to everything .. just speaking the truth

Room didn't feel very clean, the bed and sheets felt a bit old and musty. The door was damaged, had a hard time opening and closing it each time. Wardobe door was also damaged, has a creaking sound when opening/closing and doesn't stay opened as the hinge wasloose. Although the toilet door design was quite intelligent (able to swing 180 deg to segregate sink and toilet such that 2 people may use the toilet concurrently), the toilet was tiny and cramp and the door design made it difficult to open/close the door from inside. Also, the main lift of the hotel was frustrating to use. The lift buttons felt like touchscreen / sensor but were often unable to respond when tapped.

Check in was good and the room clean and tidy. Very noisy as is close to a busy road. Unfortunately the windows in the common areas were left open so the noise was amplified into the room. Breakfast was very basic and the cooked food was cold which means it was prepared hours earlier. Disappointing.

Not a good stay. Choose only in desparation
Although it was shown a 24 hrs check-in we were told the rooms were not ready when we walked in around 2 PM. Staff was courteous and asked us to wait for sometime. There were no welcome drinks and we thought we will have lunch by the time. We ordered few items and figured out what would be the quality and standard from the food. Overall lunch experience was not good. By the time we finished lunch, the rooms were ready and we picked up the luggages and moved in. The rooms were clean but bit old. The towels and bed linens were seemed like bought when the hotel was built. They weren't white but grayed over a period of years! Our room was facing a street and directly opposite to another hotel! Many places the walls and roofs started peeling off due to leakages. The main entrance has a pond and the walls have plants adorning it and most pots were empty and gives a bad look. The pics and actual look completely different. Location of the hotel is good as it's closer to many shopping areas, beach and art market. The pool on the rooftop was ok and clean. But you need to remind the staff for towels many times. The breakfast always have mainly Indonesian rice varieties and noodles. We were relying on the toast and made to order omlettes. Always there're shortages for spoons and forks. You need to remind the staff many times to replenish them. The service is overall average and needs lot of improvement.

A very convenient place to Kuta shopping area and eating places . Generally cheap hotel to stay for a few days . Pillows and bed is quite comfortable and there’s a sliding window so at least some fresh air into the room . Staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast was okie not much variety given its a 3.5 star hotel .

Couldn’t commend the staff more; they were all so friendly and helpful and would never say no. We had an issue with arranging a collection from the airport and it not turning up, so double check before you fly that someone will be coming to get you! It was however dealt with and we received a complementary driver to take us to our next hotel. Only slight issues were that the shower pressure wasn’t the best, and the breakfast could have been improved - one day they had a specials section doing pancakes and waffles, the next day it was a salad bar which was disappointing. Overall, I recommend this hotel, comfy beds, friendly staff, good spa treatments, and Yudi from house keeping makes the cutest towel animals

Rooftop pool is nice but frosting on glass obscures view of city. Was black mould in shower room and one of the electrical sockets next to the bed was loose. Room service wasn't cheap but you got a decent quantity and quality for your money.

My partner and I booked this hotel for our 2 week stay. Upon arrival in the afternoon, our room wasnt ready to check into. We waited 30 minutes in the hotel lobby. The first room we got into was disgusting. The shower smelt terrible, and the water did not drain. There was a 10mm sheet of water on the ground of the shower at all times. The towels were stained all over, so badly i have no idea how the staff didnt pick it up. The bathroom sink would fill up and not drain. There was mould and rust in various parts in and around the bathroom. The walls had several cracks. The staff were very hard to communicate with. They did not understand english very well, nor could they speak it well either. Twice we called room service, once to ask how to operate the safe, and once asking for new towels. No one came both times, we figured out how to use the safe and went and got new clean towels ourselves. For the week we were there, our sheets were not changed. The food was very average (room service and breakfast). We asked for eggs at breakfast and they didn’t understand. No one ever attended the pool bar. Even though we paid for 2 weeks stay, we left and paid for another hotel. Before you read all the reviews and think this is such a great hotel, dont be fooled. I am not one to complain about much but this was a terrible stay. I would never return here again!

I liked this hotel very much. Room was clean once they cleaned our room 2 times in one day :) Staff are friendly and helpful. On rooftop there is pool which is good to there is a bar too so you can order some drinks. WiFi was working without problem and breakfast was good too a lot of different foods. Maybe only bathroom was quite small this is only negative thing about my room. Beach is 5-7 minutes away and on the way to the beach there are some restaurants. There is quite big grocery store around 100m away. Next time if I will go to Bali I will take this hotel if the price will not change drastically

I liked that it was in the centre of Kuta and close to everything. I didn't like that I organised an early wake up call for the airport which never came. I was offered a free breakfast and a ride to the airport as an offer of apology. I would stay there again, if you like it simple, it's a good hotel.

We had leftover food from our dinner and the hotel helped us to reheat the food at the hotel’s kitchen, twice. It was unbelievable and very friendly staff.

Great Value (but it's still a cheap hotel in Kuta)
The price is great for what it is, location is right where we were wanting to be, and the breakfast was better than expected... some pros and cons: Pros: - Located right in the heart of Kuta yet down a little side street so it's not that noisy. We were there a couple days for shopping, so being right next to all the shops was ideal, and the beach is basically two blocks away. - Breakfast buffet was sufficient and better than expected: eggs station saved the day, coffee notso good, but overall, tasty and good enough to fuel up for the day. - Staff is very friendly and helpful: perhaps too much so, but can't really complain about that. Cons: - The room wasn't really that nice, but what do you expect for this price? Bed was clean and bathroom was fine. Very damp smelling when we first walked in though, and we had to open the windows in order to breathe. - Loaded with tour groups: mostly Chinese and Indian, so one morning breakfast was over-crowded and these groups can be kinda loud when arriving and departing. - If you're looking for a relaxing vacation in Bali, then Kuta isn't the right place, though resorts in the area might give you enough of a buffer to escape the madness: though quiet, this place is not one of those venues. This place is really in the thick of it. - Some areas on the rooftop are still under construction. - Pool looks dirty - wouldn't recommend swimming in it, so don't count that among the amenities.

Good Hotel for price and location
Good Hotel for price and the location was excellent for use. Excellent friendly and happy staff who did their best for you . Breakfast was good just ask for bacon if you want it . Believe this hotel was mainly used by people for short stays, a lot from Asia who unfortunately are not quite when coming back to their room at night . Will consider using again in the future.

Awesome budget hotel.
Staff were lovely. Clean room, great aircon. Rooftop pool was good (just need a little shelter). Great location. Easy walk to matahari, beach and markets (and Gloria jeans!!!). Breakfast included was the best I've had at the budget hotels. Everything good quality and fresh. Just wish they had an egg station (although I did ask them to make poached eggs a couple of times) and maybe a juice (only water and ice tea). Will definately stay here again. The best value for kuta!!!

Solid option if you are on a budget
There are some small problems with this hotel, but the staff is really good and will try to help you. Like I got a pillow sheet with a blood stain on it and they quickly gave me a new one and apologized. We ordered room service cause we got in late and there was a caterpillar in the salad which turned us off of their food. The pool has a lot of loose tiles like some things which are a little worn down. AC was good.

Well positioned - in the heart of it all
Couldn't find a better location in Kuta - right in the heart of it all! Almost everything a short walk away. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the roof top pool is a good size
