Lovely 3 night stay with my Husband, we booked the vip suite to celebrate his birthday and Christmas and was well worth it. The room was really big with sofa, and large bed, tv is a little small for the size of the room. The bathroom is massive with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was lovely , you may choose your meal from the set menu , and it’s on till 11am which is handy. Pools were lovely also. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel which was very nice, reasonable price for hotel. It’s a bit far from the main road, so you will need a scooter or taxi and far from the beaches , however the hotel has a service to most of local beaches. We didn’t use the spa at the hotel , however the u spa near the hotel is very good and clean, we also used a local laundry which costs £1 per kg, hotel price was for each item. Highly recommend this place. Cheap local restaurants near the hotel also.

My girlfriend and I stayed at s resorts for 4 nights and we loved it. The staff were very welcoming, the resort was very clean and beautiful. The yoga class that goes on every morning at 8:30 was wonderful with a great instructor. The breakfast lunch and dinner menu was great and really well priced. Only downside of staying there is that it does live up to its name “hidden valley, from the street there is a lit up sign that says “S resorts” so it is easy to locate, but one night Google maps sent our driver to the wrong location and it was very stressful trying to find our way back to the hotel in the dark with a driver who doesn’t speak English. But on a positive note, having it secluded from the hustle and bustle of the streets of Uluwatu was nice at night as it was very quiet. We miss S resorts already and if you’re looking for a stay a little away from the party scene, this is for you. There were multiple families as well as younger groups and no disruptions.

The name itself says hidden, but i didn't expect it to be *that* much hidden. It follows a slightly bumpy path into the woods. But once you arrive at the actual resort, you'll be relieved to see the place well kept and lively with staff and guests. It is slightly inconvenient to leave and return. If you call for motorbikes on your phone, google maps will sometimes guide the driver off to a path that exists on the maps but not in reality. The property also offers car service throughout the day to deliver you to a few popular destinations in uluwatu, ex. The beaches. And you also have the option to arrange pickup from the popular destinations for return trip. Not very useful if you want to tour around the uluwatu island, but great for surfers and beach goers. Very convenient if you are able to confidently ride motorbikes amongst the narrow traffic streets, you can park your bike right outside your room door. The included breakfast was subpar, dinner was alright. Havent tried their drinks. Other than the pool area and the dining area, i didn't see much other places to relax and enjoy some quiet alone time. Some hammocks would've been a nice touch

Great hotel and staff BUT don’t use the laundry!!
A beautiful hotel full of friendly helpful staff, great facilities with multiple pools and the gym and very good food whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, we had a load of laundry done here which left a stain on their reputation for us. Over 12 hours late from when it was promised, everything wrinkled and not pressed, missing socks and to top it off some items shrunk! We’ve had a lot of laundry done while on holiday and this was by far the worst service while being the second most expensive! Would 100% recommend, just do your laundry elsewhere!

Very relaxing atmosphere with great service and travel advice. Management went out of their way to have everything we needed. The property exceeded our expectations, rooms was big. If you want Netflix or Stan etc , you will need to take an hdmi cord and google chromecast (the cable is average and mostly news and sport).

I liked that this property was tucked away in the jungle giving it a very peaceful atmosphere yet it’s still really close to everything around Uluwatu. The grounds and the facilities were absolutely beautiful. I also really love that they support sustainable tourism and have many initiatives underway to support the initiative locally.

Although the resort was remote and about a 10-15 minute scooter ride to restaurants/beaches in Uluwatu, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly. There were scooters on site to rent which was convenient. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, Although the bathrooms were extremely tight. The 3 pools were very nice. We enjoyed our stay

This resort was great for my partner and I, we spent three nights there and enjoyed our stay. We used the scooters that are available at the resort to get around and this was perfect as the resort is located down a long road with nothing around it (It is a hidden valley). Rooms were nice and clean, food was good and the choice of three pools was excellent.

My stay with S Resorts was incredible, I extended my stay not once but twice. The staff and manager Richard and his wife Jen are all phenomenal. Beyond welcoming and incredibly helpful and personable. I will absolutely be back and cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Please keep in mind it’s just slightly off the beaten track which is why it’s so peaceful although it is very close to everything, the road in is easier done on a scooter. The surf guides and lessons are brilliant at what they do and are super friendly. There is no doubt I’ll be back sooner rather than later.

Perfect Hidden Oasis in Uluwatu
I love this resort. It’s away from the busy hustle of Bali, and it’s in perfect area if you just wanna relax and enjoy Uluwatu many beautiful beaches. They have a shuttle that takes you to local beaches. Scooter or vehicle rental onsite too. My 7 year old and I, took surfing lesson with their onsite surfing service; our instructor Daniel was so patient and awesome!! My son now loves to surf. Food was good and our room was big for the 4 of us (we booked the family suite). Their pools were nice and very clean too. Everyone in the resort was super friendly and we met the General Manager who was very kind to my Dad, he put small sitting area in front of our room so my Dad can relax (he had gout) when he had to stay-in. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Uluwatu area.

Rooms were fantastic as were the staff. The clue is in the name it is down a windy dark road so ideally you would need your own transport to go out of an evening. The setting was very peaceful

Scary + isolated => surprise + calm
Excellent! View of room 204 is fantastic! Staffs are friendly. Hotel new and well maintain. Very low dense. Quiet and calm. Can see stars and moon at nice. Doing well in mosquitoes control. Has good and quality time with family. Breakfast simple but nice. Bike rental available which can solve the problem of the isolated location. Gems in the jungle. Keep it up. Will come here again.

Misleading
Broken aircon on night arrival meant little sleep first night. By daylight we found out the mouldy smell was coming from the pillows - they were covered in it!. Beware the single level huts as they are really small and not at all like the photos which are all of the 2 story ones. Very remote which is good for quiet but means you will spend alot on taxis or need to brave bali roads on a scooter. You cant walk to any restaurants. The plus is the staff. They are fantastically welcoming and naturally friendly. They made a bad set of facilities ok. Shame they are let down by the management.

We stayed in the Cabin cottages at the resort. They were very cute w lots of character. Very nice swimming pools. The only reason couldn’t give a full excellent rating was because our air conditioning was not running properly so the nights were very hot

Fantastic relaxing getaway
Can not recommend this hotel enough. It’s a little out of the way and a relatively basic set up, but was blown away by how welcoming, friendly, and comfortable I felt during my stay. Food is excellent, place is clean and well looked after, and the staff are stellar. Absolutely perfect for a relaxed getaway.

Nice hotel with great yoga
We had a lovely stay at S Resorts. We did yoga with Daniel every morning which was a wonderful way to start the day. He was a great teacher, highly recommended! There are multiple pools to use and they play chilled music near the lobby which is relaxing in the afternoon. We also hired a scooter everyday for a cheap price and could get to great restaurants within 10 minutes. I would recommend staying here when visiting Uluwatu.

The photos online dont match the hotel in reality
Its very different from the photos that are online. No access to road for 1km, in the fotest, have to get one of staff members to drive you on scooter to the closest shop. Breakfast includes cereal only. The TV includes 2 channel's that are not even working properly. Room, no balcony, cant open windows, disapointed with the hotel/ resort.

Lovely grounds, great service
Had a lovely view of the hotel grounds from my 2nd floor hotel room. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main road so you'll definitely need a taxi to get to/from places but taxis are so inexpensive and its within 5 minutes to the main road by car. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Food at the hotel restaurant was quite tasty. I highly recommend getting a massage/body scrub after a dip in one of their two pools!

Hidden valley was great! It was nicely tucked away in jungle for privacy and peace while still conveniently able to get to The beach if you wanted. The staff were friendly and they offered free yoga classes in the morning! Lovely spot for first arriving in Bali. Thank you!

We would recommend staying at S Resort. The room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. The 3 pools were lovely and very clean. The location is not directly next to anything but is at a central point in Uluwatu to access the beaches, a free shuttle is provided by the hotel to the beaches. The staff were mixed - some were very helpful but we found some to have very poor English and a low ability to provide information. The restaurant was reasonably priced given it was in the hotel. The breakfast provided was poor - only cereal, fruit and toast with jam.

First I did not see the view that is on the hotels marketing materials, was really misled by the beauty of the picture Ocean view room - the ocean was not really visible to me. It was far and obstructed by the construction of some mega building. Could not get into the spa, because closed after 6pm Ordered minivan for next morning, was promised to be picked up by, however had to deal from scratch in the morning as taxi was not ordered.

A lovely place to stay, great value for money!
A beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming, especially a young man who worked mainly at the bar with glasses, we did not get his name but he was excellent! We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely go back. The staff aranged for us to take a trip to the temple and then transport to Seminyak for a really good price, only 15 mins driving to the temple, they had scooters to use also to get around. The pool and gardens were so well kept and really nice to relax in, so peaceful! The manager there from Ireland was really great too, went around to speak to all the guests and would help with anything at all you needed!

Just checked out of hidden valley. Loved it!! Very quiet - you can't walk to anywhere really but they have a bus that takes you to local beaches, single fins etc. the resort is lovely. There are very basic rooms in the "long concrete block' which is where we stayed. But for $58 we weren't complaining. There are also "executive suites" and luhmbungs (little stand alone houses) these all circle a pool. It's very quiet down there. I'd go back and stay in the executive suites. You are close to the bar and two of the other pools there. You can do yoga each morning is you want. The food is delicious and a great price. Breakfast that is included is just cereal and toast but you can order a smashed about extravaganza for $6.50. We ate there regularly. I had a foot massage and a pedi and they were awesome. The staff were all lovely and nothing was a hassle. I'd go again and be quite happy to rarely leave this quiet beautiful oasis!

Luxury hotel in sentosa
Paid quite high price for just one night stay due to an event in sentosa. With such high price naturally you would expect a bit more. The hotel is comfortable, luxurious decor, but because it's by the garden at night the bugs noise kept me awake. Notice the toilet and shower area also have lots of ants. Had lunch at the outdoor cafe, decent food. Overall experience is fare.

Hidden Resort in the bush
The resort is clean and well looked after, but is located in the bush 700 metres from the main road and very far to the beach temple restaurants etc. So you need transport to get anywhere.There are hotels much closer to the beaches. We enjoyed the views at single fin.

Amazing Villas, Super Friendly Staff
Stayed in one of the villas and had a great time. The bed is upstairs with a small balcony and hammock. First floor has a living area and bathroom. Very spacious, staff was super friendly. Like it's name suggests, it's a bit hidden so you'll need to get a taxi or rent a motorbike to get around. Overall, it was a great stay.

A Place to Sleep...
If you're looking for simple and affordable accommodations this hotel should meet your needs. It's in a decent location, about a 20-30 min ride to Jimbaran Beach, and offered cheap motorbike rentals to explore the area. We did not enjoy the food selection at the hotel's restaurant but there are plenty of local cafes and restaurants within a 10-20 min drive. Our biggest complaint was the bathroom. The bathroom constantly had a very bad odor even after being cleaned. The shower is incredibly small and the poor placement of the very large shower head made for a very wet bathroom floor. That being said, the hotel offers an affordable place to sleep while exploring the area and is great for visitors who don't plan to spend much time at the hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff.
The staff and hotel made up for the fact that the hotel (although described as hidden) was just a little far away from the main amenities for us and we had to take regular taxis ( which were very cheap), so not a major problem. Also scooters were available also to hire very cheap if your brave enough to challenge the busy roads.Its a lovely area and you really feel like your in traditional Bali. Hotel facilities were excellent including the lovely 3 pools, yoga etc and willingness of the staff to please.
