Great location at Nusa Dua

Posted 26-Jun-2017
I lived in building #4 which is only few minutes walk to the Bali Collection. Very convenient to access restaurants, shops and SPAs. The room is spacious and comfortable but the decoration is a little bit old. There is great view from the swimming pool and the beach. High quality food is provided in the restaurants inside the hotel.

Large hotel close to beach.

Posted 26-Jun-2017
Pros: Very big, and quite. Right on the beach. Pools were great for adults and kids.
Cons: The room furniture etc needs updating.
Location: Is a little far from the action in Kuta
Room we stayed in needs updating. If you want to be closer to the action stay Kuta, Legion, Seminyak. Everything expensive at Nusa Dua. Better value at Kuta.

Fantastic location, beautiful property

Posted 03-Jun-2017
Located right on the beach and just across the shopping center. Property is huge and very beautiful. Staff is courteous, breakfast for vegetarians is limited. Even food for vegetarians is very limited. Other than that, its just superb. Do not look anywhere else in nusa dua.

Nice hotel on a lovely clean beach

Posted 27-May-2017
Location: There is a shopping centre with eating places. in walking distance - Bali Collection - not overly exciting and probably expensive.
This hotel is very typical of the large Hyatt hotels world wide. Nusa Dua is in a gated community so there are very few, if any, local Bali people seen, except for workers. If you are looking for security this is where to go though we have stayed at other 5 star hotels in Seminyak and Ubud and have had no problem with security. The buffet breakfasts were very dull and boring, same as every large hotel. Would have been nice to see some Indonesian food as a second choice, not just Asian. If you are looking for luxury in a very secure area this is the place for you, if you are looking for a bit of Bali atmosphere, restaurants, shops etc. this is not for you. You will have to travel to other areas by taxi or driver at your cost.

Paradise in Bali

Posted 22-May-2017
Pros: Abundance of gardens, pools, lakes that made the place like a huge park.
Cons: Hotel vehicles should have available options for infant or baby seats.
Location: Next to a huge Collection mall with plenty of restaurants.
Throughly enjoyed our stay. The adjoining rooms were not available on the first night but, for they next four nights we were upgraded to a suite plus an adjoining standard room. Both had a commanding view of the lake garden. Daily breakfast at the Salsa restaurant was very good. All staff from reception to room, restaurant and pool were attentive and great.

Disappointing

Posted 17-May-2017
Pros: the beach is nice and clean
Cons: needs renovation and the restaurants are expensive
Hotel looks nice from the outside. Rooms are tired and in serious need of renovation, the food in the garden café and the Italian restaurant is poor at best. I did like the Japanese restaurant. Of all the places I stayed in Bali the staff at this hotel were the most unhelpful

Beautiful Surrounds

Posted 07-May-2017
Although the rooms are a little dated, the hotel offers great amenities & beautiful scenery. Close to the beach & shopping centre & about 40 minutes to Seminyak. The club lounge offers a continental breakfast & evening happy hour that includes complimentary beer, wine & non alcoholic drinks & some hot & cold food. Both are very limited in vegetarian & gluten free options. Well appointed hotel for any type of traveller at a reasonable price.

Pleasant, peaceful and relaxing choice..Enjoyed!!!

Posted 02-May-2017
Pros: i like the hotel infrastructure, every corner ambiance and all the amenities.
Cons: i found staff very straight forward. A bit more politeness can be expected.
Location: this hotel is located close to the beach. Can do water sports, go to waterpark and do shopping nearby.
As per my expectations, my experience was very good with the sweet memories of my stay. Hotel infrastructure, round the corner ambiance and all the hotel amenities are just marvelous. Since i am pure vegetarian and thus found a bit struggle with the menu card choices but thanks to the restaurants available nearby who also provide pick and drop to the hotel, so this eventually does not turn bad to me.
