Top hotel with very few flaws.
The hotel deserves its five star rating. Especially is this so of the staff, who are exceptionally friendly and capable. The slight disappointents were that the club lounge was entirely without walls, and thus there was no airconditioned club area, the room on arrival was supposed to have a DVD player but did not, and one was never supplied, while the TV was disproportionally small, but did not properly function anyway and was replaced by a fully functioning a more appropriately dimensioned model. ,
