Beautiful hotel and really lovely staff.

Fantastic break could not ask for more. Great facilities. Beach stunning. Room opulent. Grounds picturesque. Food very good. Staff / service great. Suit families too as pools child friendly and kid club. Only annoyance is the amount Expedia wants me to write in this section! Not sure what more I can add but still it wants more!!!! Maybe adding how stunning Bali is and how great the diving was will work. Apparently not. My taxi driver was awesome too! Nice Temples to be seen. Dear me what else.......

Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Great location and many activities in and out side the hotel. easy to get taxi to Kuta, Jimbaran, Airport... Very secure and private hotel.
It was place for family. Room with the beach view was good choice as few steps to the beach and very large. kids loved swimming pools there. Great location as very close to explore the city but very secure and private area. You had to pay for kid club while other 5 stars resorts do not. Foods were nice and very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Location, Scenery, Staff, Food, peacefulness
Cons: Some room decoration needed renewing
Location: Great location near the Beach and short walk to Bars & Resturants Half hour drive to Airport An hours drive to other areas
Really Lovely Hotel, very pleasent and helpful staff Beautiful suroundings, manicured gardens and fish ponds Great swimming pools and located right on the beach too Very good breakfast, great variety

Pros: beach
Cons: it is time the Grand Hyatt invests in new beach and pool loungers. The current ones are really dated and some are dirty or broken.
Nice beach but the tide brings huge amount of plastic to the beach. Can the Grand Hyatt please set up a beach clean up activity involving guests? What is Grand Hyatt doing to improve the beach condition? Sustainably committee/actions etc. It is an asset which should be taken care of better...

We loved staying here, from check in to check out it was easy, we were upgraded at check in to suite which was great and overall my family loved our stay, would defiantly stay here again

Top hotel with very few flaws.

Pros: Club pool, lagoon next to club lounge, staff in club lounge
Cons: Provide some airconditioned area in the club lounge facility, get a greater selection of international newspaper, e.g. European and Asian
Location: Plenty of shops in walking distance for those who like that sort of thing. Temples, monkeys, etc, given the traffic, are a long time away.
The hotel deserves its five star rating. Especially is this so of the staff, who are exceptionally friendly and capable. The slight disappointents were that the club lounge was entirely without walls, and thus there was no airconditioned club area, the room on arrival was supposed to have a DVD player but did not, and one was never supplied, while the TV was disproportionally small, but did not properly function anyway and was replaced by a fully functioning a more appropriately dimensioned model. ,

Rooms need an update

Rooms are tired looking, fridge not working properly, housekeeping very sloppy. Concierge never answered the phones and food prices outrageous for very average quality. Would not recommend.

Beautiful environment. Room needs improvement

Environment is beautiful. Beach is accessible from the hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful. However, hotel room has a few sharp corners around the bed and table (my wife hit many of them), and there are no hooks to hang clothes. The food in the hotel is expensive and mediocre.

Great Family Resort

The Hyatt in Nusa Dua is a fantastic, beautiful, and well thought out resort. The kids club, pool facilities, grounds, and layout are wonderful. The rooms are becoming dated, but the bed was comfortable enough and the television had plenty of channels to choose from. The staff at reception are just horrible! If you don’t receive what you want at first try and try again..eventually they will be reasonable.
