Dear Guest, We have checked with staff there was no old food boxes in microwave. As we do pre inspection before guest arrives. We investigate with our manager also if you informed him when he visited meeting you . There was no complain from you. In ref. Pool there was issue on your last day due to rain but team manage to control that. While pool issue getting fixed we offered you complementary massage . But you refused. Pool tiles are green and due to rainy season it looks more green. pool maintenance is our first priority and we have regular pool cleaner staff coming 3xweek.and more than that if required. staff understand basic english as second Language. staff works 8h a day so they were doing their job as per scheduled. you would have contact us while you were staying at villa we would be able to take care your privacy as per you were expecting.
