The hotel is really in bad conditions. The bathtube quite old. The terrace all broken stones. Painting urgently needed. Staff needs urgently a training. We arrived at 6.00pm... two more clients arrived after, and they were trying to attend to all at the same time, instead of finishing with us first. Then they said it was because they would gave us a better room. When we arrived to the room, really nothing extraoedinary, as I actually paid for a jacuzzi/ocean front room, exacly what we got... I also mentioned that it was our anniversary celebration, and they did nothing. Also, I was supposted to get a discount in our food, and we dosnt received any. Didnt claimed, as we were on hurry and needed to sleep after a trip of 38 hours and a check in of 45 minutes. The worst check in experience! I hope expedia can claim that discount back for credit, as this is the most expensive hotel paid imthis trip to Bali, and it has been the worst. Normally I get good experiences in Vip hotels, but this is really an ugly exception!
