Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Balen, Vacation Home Rosselaer offers a luxurious and peaceful escape for up to 4 guests. Surrounded by nature, this elegant villa features a heated pool (open March–October), private terrace, and lush garden, perfect for families or couples seeking tranquility. The master bedroom is styled like a hotel suite, complete with air conditioning, TV, and box spring bed. A second bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for children. The kitchen is equipped with an AGA stove and American fridge, and meals can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace with views of the forest. Explore nearby attractions like Zilvermeer Recreation Domain, cycling trails, golf and tennis clubs, and even a flying club, all within 10 km. Extras: Bicycle shed with e-bike charging, lounge set, outdoor fireplace. Note: – No pets allowed – No parties or youth groups under 21years age.
