Terrible experience with the place. Book through Expedia up to ten times a year for many years have never had a problem. However this place lost my reservation after they had already ran my card. I had to show that and they still couldn’t find it. I had to rebook another room luckily they weren’t at capacity or I would have been SOL. This morning when checking no one had any record of me staying in the room I was placed in and then got a phone call at 12 pm after checking out at 6 am that they were wondering about what time I was planning on leaving my room that it was past check out time. For some reason they had multiple people with my last name and they could t seem to figure out who was who. Never again a horrible experience

There is road work that is going on in the area and the entrance to the hotel is right in the middle of it. It is hard to enter and hard to leave without someone on the highway allowing you to get in or out. The room was ok although one of us had to move because the maintenance men could not fix the problem. We went from a spacious room to a crowded room. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

Road in front is getting overhauled probably for the next 5 years. Room was not ready, towels in short supply had to steal pool towels. Next day room service was at 5 pm. Went to a wedding upon return at 11:30 elevator was out had to walk up 4 floors Stay away

Too much construction in the area. There should be a traffic light to come in and off the property. Hotel is a bit dated. I slept good and it was the prefect location to visit my uncle in his senior facility

It was a quiet, clean property. The breakfast was good (pancakes..a little thin due to automatic machine, sausage patties and links, cereal, cinnamon rolls, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, juice, omlettes, etc)..Grits-Yummy!

Better lighting please
My room was on the 4th floor, handicap friendly. The lighting in the bathroom is VERY dim and needs an upgrade. When applying makeup I had to continue to go across the room to the window to see what I was doing. Better lighting would make this room perfect.

Everything was clean, but our room smelled like somebody had been smoking in it. The overall place is looking a little dated and tired. Holiday Inn express needs to update this facility. There’s lots of road construction going on all around the hotel, which made it hard getting in and out of the entrance. The staff was very polite and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the manager noticed we had a king bed with a sofa bed for my wife and I along with our teenage son. She offered to change us to a room with two queen beds at no additional charge.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean. The shower was awesome. The breakfast was out of this world. The dog park was not mowed, and the outside of the property is not well kept. There are cigarette butts and trash all over the outside of the property it was disgusting.

The front desk clerk that was there when got there was rude and couldnt figure out how to setup deposit on my reservation. My sink was clogged in bathroom and had no hot water. The assistant manager was really nice and helped to fix since maintenance wasnt available. He got hot water working and plunged sink to get working and had maintenance also co.s and do more. It was still slow but diidnt feel like dealing with it. Also never had hangers in room and when asksd for some she provided me with 3 so not enough. Asked for more and acted like that was a problem. .

From the moment I called to let them know I was running a little late until the moment I checked out, all of the staff were professional, pleasant, and welcoming. The facility was clean clean and attractive. The room was excellent as well as the amenities. I could not have hoped for a better experience.

The only thing that I didn't like about our stay was the pet policy. When I rented the room on Expedia all it said was that the hotel is pet friendly. When we arrived I was first told there was a $50. non refundable pet deposit. Then I was told it was $35. Better than $50 but was still a little disappointed. Other than that it was very clean! The hot breakfast 😋 was very good and the staff was great! I recommend this hotel and I will most certainly be staying here when we return next year!
